Therefore the methods are full of flaws. The known time quasioptimal control method is based on the acceleration constancy assumption. It makes the phasing process inaccurate. Additional phasing process is needed. Phase plane method, control theory, electrical machines theory is used in the work. The new phasing method for the SPED is proposed. The method is based on the accurate measurement of the angular velocity mismatch. For this purpose machines are modernized by system for real-time measuring. The analysis of existing systems revealed potential of development of the instrument making, allowing to reduce cost of processing of a unit of production and a measurement uncertainty, to increase flexibility of change-over to a new type of processing work pieces even with a intermittent surface on retention of the maximum values of productivity in the course of processing on grinding machines. The objective of this research is the substantiation of joint application of grinding machines and the developed system for real-time measuring of geometrical characteristics of the parts, based on a new constructive principle, with maintenance of accuracy of measurement no more than 1…2 microns, fast change over for other size and possibilities of measurement of parts with a intermittent surface. The system for real-time measuring is developed on the basis of minimization on the created model of influence of the revealed possible components of a total processing and measurement uncertainty of parts. Economic feasibility of application of the new system for real-time measuring taking into account effect from reduction of time of grinding operation and effect from decrease in percent of reject rate is proved. The substantiation is made on an example of processing of a kit of parts of several names. High technological level and economic feasibility of results of the researches, appeal to practical implementation in manufacture of the created system for real-time measuring is proved. The need in electric machines, where the electromagnetic field excitation occurs because of using hard permanent magnets, is growing constantly which follows the creation of modern permanent magnets on the basis of neodymium alloys (NdFeB) having high energy response. However, for the generator operational mode the considered type of machines has a disadvantage being highly intense armature reaction, which leads to the rough external response. The main purpose of this paper is to introduce the structure of magneto-electric machine, which provides increasing armature reaction in a generator mode and increase electromotive force (EMF) in windings and, consequently, improving overall machine performance in general. The method has perspective of using in operation of SEM at landed depth of the well as part of electrical submersible pump units (ESP). The topologies and operation principles of two- and three-level voltage source inverters fed a traction induction motor are presented. The brief survey of the frequency converters faults and malfunctions is carried out. The transient modes of electric drives under transistor short-circuit fault and transistor gate drive open-circuit fault in both two- and three-level voltage source inverters are considered. The results of simulation in Matlab are presented for the electric drive with 14 kW induction motor and scalar control system. The transistor gate drive open-circuit fault is shown not to have significant differences for the inverter topologies to be considered. The problem is an adequate model of many practical applications from various fields of science and engineering. The mathematical model of nonlinear programming of the problem is proposed. The overview of decision's methods and the properties of the problem are provided. The reflectogrames and graphic dependences for the next types of optical fibers: G.652, G.653, G.655 and G.657, which were obtained during the experimental research are shown. As a result of Brillouin backscatter spectrum temperature dependence was built for different types of optical fibers. Linear dependence of the Brillouin frequency shift and the respective temperature characteristics of the strain was observed for all types of fibers. Analysis of the experiments results showed that the temperature dependence of the Brillouin frequency shift and strain of the dispersion-shifted (G.653) and non-zero dispersion-shifted (G.655) fibers significantly shifted down relative to the dependencies for the usual fiber (G.652).
