In order to achieve the goal of obtaining as much profit as possible, one should also take good care of human resources. As part of the implementation of social and labor relations, economic entities must pursue effective social policy, develop areas of social partnership, and maintain a stable socio-psychological climate in organizations. Resource saving sets itself the main goal of reducing production costs, which in the future should lead to lower costs. The use of resource-saving technologies is always associated with optimizing the use of various types of resources — from material, financial to human. For enterprises and small business organizations, this problem is especially relevant, since they are the most vulnerable in a market economy and competition. It is important that during all optimization processes the main directions of social partnership are preserved and that when personnel are reduced, social complications for the released workforce are minimized and the necessary social protection is provided. The issue of ensuring conditions for economic activity without losses is also of particular relevance, and therefore the unreasonable problem of underemployment in small businesses should be minimized. If there is a threat of staff reductions, laid-off workers should be guaranteed the preservation of their labor rights in full.","PeriodicalId":291765,"journal":{"name":"Social'naja politika i social'noe partnerstvo (Social Policy and Social Partnership)","volume":" 109","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140392242","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is known that Russia is a country of regions and they all have different levels of their socio-economic development. There are so-called donor regions and recipient regions in the country. Often, it depends on the economy of the region, its natural resource and extractive component. At the same time, the donor regions have rather modest demographic indicators of their own. However, the socio-economic well-being of the majority of the subjects of the Russian Federation directly depends on the demographic factor. In this regard, the purpose of this article is to identify these factors, their justification and explanation of their role in the development of the region. The article uses the author»s methodology, which includes various approaches to research, including political, economic, sociological, demographic and others. Among the research methods, the method of statistical data analysis should be highlighted as the main research method. General scientific methods of information analysis and synthesis, interpretation of the obtained data, and the descriptive method are also used. According to the results of the study, relevant conclusions and recommendations were made. The main factors influencing the socio-economic development of the subject of the Russian Federation are identified. The ways of influencing the demographic factor on the economy of the region are formulated.","PeriodicalId":291765,"journal":{"name":"Social'naja politika i social'noe partnerstvo (Social Policy and Social Partnership)","volume":" 11","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140392266","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most of the election campaigns of the heads of state and parliament of the countries of the world involve the use of modern information and communication, digital technologies and artificial intelligence technologies. The use of artificial intelligence in an election campaign can help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a campaign, but it can also lead to misinformation of the public. Today, destructive attempts to influence people, societies and entire states are no longer new challenges on the Internet, in connection with which outright lies, political propaganda, incitement to hatred, manipulative technologies are firmly rooted in the Internet space and the latest technologies are actively used for this. The use of bots, or automated social media accounts, has greatly facilitated the dissemination of deliberately false information, as well as false rumors and other types of misinformation. However, the bots used earlier in the elections often produced poorly constructed, grammatically incorrect sentences. Now that the creation of large language models (artificial intelligence systems that create text) is becoming more accessible to more people, some researchers fear that automated social media accounts will soon become much more convincing. Disinformation campaigns and online trolls will increasingly use generative AI to spread false information about elections. Thus, new technologies can cause some harm to the social security of society.","PeriodicalId":291765,"journal":{"name":"Social'naja politika i social'noe partnerstvo (Social Policy and Social Partnership)","volume":" 37","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140392224","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Classifications of single-parent families by number of generations are presented; the actual presence or absence of a second parent; form of institution. Social work technologies that can be used to effectively solve social problems of single-parent families are considered: technologies of social patronage, counseling, social prevention, correction, therapy and mentoring technology. D. Ushinsky in educational institutions, with which his labor activity as a reformer in education is connected. The author in his work repeats the well-known facts about his pedagogical work in the Yaroslavl Demidov Law Lyceum, the Gatchina Orphanage and the Smolny Institute for Noble Maidens. The emphasis is on the characterization of the transformations in the system of upbringing and education of that time, which affect precisely the social component of this process. In the article, the author compares the changes that were carried out by K. D. Ushinsky, with the modern practice of social work with children and adolescents in the context of social upbringing and education. The author summarizes his thoughts by concluding that the ideas of K. D. Ushinsky, which appeared more than a century and a half ago, are of great interest to modern social specialists working with the population. The classical pedagogical heritage of the Russian scientist opens up rich opportunities for intensifying social and pedagogical activities with students today, including in the practice of psychosocial work with the population.","PeriodicalId":291765,"journal":{"name":"Social'naja politika i social'noe partnerstvo (Social Policy and Social Partnership)","volume":"10 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140489009","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
