As a more flexible architecture, microservices consist of smaller pieces or services that are loosely coupled and can be deployed independently. More and more IT companies are adopting microservices architecture. However, migrating to microservices is still a big challenge due to the lack of a more systematic methodology on microservices identification. Most existing studies on microservices identification are mainly based on refactoring the system module rather than considering the actual functional requirements. Therefore, we propose a microservices identification approach based on the problem frames to address this challenge, which considers real-world requirements. It relies on the merging process with the problem diagram, where the problem domain is processed, and the causal chain is obtained by searching the problem diagram. Subsequently, we calculate the correlation degree of the domains in the problem diagram. Then, based on the calculated correlation, we implement a clustering algorithm for the problem domains and get the categorization result of the problem domains which is the initial microservice candidate. The developers can consider each category of the problem domain as a microservice by converting the problem domains into the microservices. Finally, a case study verifies the validity of our proposed approach.","PeriodicalId":290416,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence (SEAI)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130248645","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Meanwhile, for the problems of sparrow search algorithm, such as single population and difficulty in reaching global optimum, proposes a multi-strategy improved sparrow search algorithm (MISSA), three strategies of reverse learning, inertial weight and adaptive t-distribution are introduced for improvement to enrich the population diversity and strengthen the flexibility of the algorithm to reach the optimum result. The experimental results show that the improved sparrow search algorithm has higher improvement performance, and the proposed MISSA-BP surrogate model can be bound to the multi-objective optimization algorithm to achieve fast multi-objective antenna design.","PeriodicalId":290416,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence (SEAI)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130177907","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The strength of LLE algorithm is that after dimensionality reduction, it can make the points in high-dimensional space isomorphic with the points in low-dimensional space after projection, and the algorithm has low complexity and fast operation speed. However, LLE also has its own drawback, it depends on gradient descent (GD) method or stochastic gradient descent (SGD) method in solving the optimization of its objective function, resulting in falling into the trap of local minimum. In the past, there was little discussion about the global optimum solution issue for LLE, therefore, in this paper, a Faure sequence initialized killer whale algorithm (FSKWA) has been proposed to effectively overcome the drawback in finding the global optimum solution of the objective function for LLE. And via numerical experiment, the superiority of the method proposed has been verified.","PeriodicalId":290416,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence (SEAI)","volume":"81 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126717781","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For angle measurements, the existing method uses pairwise clustering approach, and the computational complexity is quadratic with both the number of sensors and measurements. This paper proposes a faster clustering approach, which benefits from two operations. First, to avoid missing potential associations, the patching operation is added, thus the sequential clustering approach can be used. Second, to prevent the exponential growth in the number of clusters, the pruning operation is added, thus the clustering efficiency is improved. Thanks to these two kinds of operations, the computational complexity of the proposed approach reduces to linear with the number of sensors. Simulation results show that, while ensuring the association accuracy, the proposed approach improve the association efficiency significantly.","PeriodicalId":290416,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence (SEAI)","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122673039","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Previous automatic personality recognition methods either model personality only using frame-level or short segment-level facial behaviors, which ignores crucial long-term information, or extract long-term behaviors with a large number of frames being removed. In this paper, we first extract frame-wise facial attributes from a video. Then, we use statistic, spectral heatmaps and spectral vectors to encode video-level behaviors from the extracted frame-level facial attributes. Finally, the obtained video-level facial behavior representations are fed to Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) or Temporal Convolution Neural Network (TCN) for personality traits recognition. The experimental results on the ChaLearn First Impressions dataset show that the proposed approach which only used the facial attributes, has clear advantages over the static face image-based personality recognition approaches.","PeriodicalId":290416,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence (SEAI)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127869172","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
