In carrying out the activities of the education and training needs to have the right strategy and achieve the targets in the human resources development component in particular for facilitators as part of government bureaucracy in educational institutions and training. As a functional staff or facilitator in carrying out education, teaching and training must show high performance, given the duties and responsibilities that are quite heavy in organizing training, teaching and education. This study aims to analyze the improvement of facilitator performance through individual characteristics and motivation, methods used in quantitative methods, types of descriptive and verification research with the aim of knowing and analyzing the situation and the influence of individual characteristic variables and motivation on the performance of facilitators. Collecting data through observation, questionnaires, and documentation of data, with respondents as many as 52 respondents, the analysis used is path analysis. The results of the study conclude that there are simultaneously significant effects of individual characteristics and motivations on the performance of facilitators. There is a partial positive and significant effect of each variable on individual characteristics and motivation on the performance of the facilitator. This research used descriptive design. The sampling technique of proportional random sampling was applied. The population was 748 students and 72 teachers. The subject of this research was 112 students and 12 teachers. The data analysis of quantitative descriptive was used. The finding of this research shows that: (1). 86.6% of the students experienced violence, consisting of 40.18% physical violence and 44.64% psychological violence. (2). The students who experienced violence and doing violence were 31.56%, consisting of 15.79% physical violence and 15.79% psychological violence; (3). Cultural violence to the students was 43.16%, consisting of 24.21% physical violence and 18.95% psychological violence; and (4) The factors causing violence were superiority, revenge, the effect of violence exposure, money, and addiction. Learning tools include weekly implementation learning plans (RPPM), Daily Implementation Learning Plans (RPPH), and assessments. The lesson plan for daily implementation is a design made by the teacher to carry out one day of activities in the classroom. The purpose of this study was to analyze RPPH content in the Central Jakarta area. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The research subjects were 5 kindergartens (TK) in Central Jakarta. As for the results of the research on the analysis of RPPH content in the Central Jakarta area, there are 2 models in making RPPH namely the narrative model and the table model. The content in the narrative model consists of the name of the PAUD unit, semester, month, week, group, theme / sub theme, basic competencies, material, tools and materials, opening activities, activities, core, closing activities, and assessment. Of course, there are differences with table models. The content contained in the table model is the name of the PAUD unit, semester, month, week, group, theme / sub theme, basic competence, material. In the table there are columns of basic competencies, indicators, activities, tools and materials, and assessments. Analysis of RPPH content on different narrative and table models in the presence of indicators. Indicator as one of the measuring tools for children's basic competencies in accordance with the stages of development. This condition is in line with what is meant by commitment. Own commitment is measured by how far the level of willingness of individuals to work hard in carrying out their functions in the organization. Organizational Support (Opportunity to perform) is represented by organizational culture and transformational leadership. Both of these variables are believed to be the dominant variables in forming conditions that are able to provide support to individuals to provide their best abilities. This type of research uses associative method which aims to explain the relationship between variables studied, in this case the influence of organizational culture on the commitment and its influence on the performance of public services. The results showed that if the strength of the weak organizational culture had a significant effect on the high and low commitment. The weak strength of culture also has a significant effect on the high and low performance of public services. But the strong weak culture will have a more significant impact on the performance of public services if it first increases the high and low commitment.
