Przetakiewicz","doi":"10.7862/RM.2018.25","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.7862/RM.2018.25","url":null,"abstract":"Artykuł przedstawia badania wst ępne dotyczące wielowarstwowego materiału kompozytowego spełniaj ącego postawione wymagania dotycz ą e budowy kadłubów wybranych jednostek pływaj ących, przeznaczonych do żeglugi śródlądowej. Dokonano analizy i opisano warunki eksploatacyjne jedno stek pływaj ących śródlądowych, ze szczególnym naciskiem na bezpiecze ństwo i koszty obsługi eksploatacyjnej jednostek. Zaproponowano sposób zwi ększenia bezpiecze ństwa użytkowania jednostki przez wprowadzenie wielowarstwowego mater i łu ograniczaj ącego możliwości rozszczelnienia kadłuba w przypadku uderzenia o obiekty znajduj ące si ę pod wodą. W celu bada ń porównawczych okre ślono warunki przyj ętej technologicznej próby zginania oraz wymagania dotycz ą e wielowarstwowych płyt próbnych. Wytworzono tróji czterowarstwowe płyty próbne o gru bości 14-30 mm, wykorzystując: kompozyty zawiesinowe na bazie żywicy epoksydowej zbrojone cz ąstkami ceramicznymi, kompozyty na bazie żywicy poliestrowej zbrojone uporz ądkowanym włóknem szklanym oraz piany metalowe na bazie alumi nium oraz kompozytu aluminiowo-ceramicznego. Przedstawiono wyniki wst ępnych bada ń dotyczących odporności płyt próbnych na zginanie w warunkach przyj ęte próby technologicznej, a także odporności na ścieranie. Odniesiono si ę do możliwości wytwarzania tak skomponowanych materiałów warstwowych w warunkach z nanej, szeroko stosowanej technologii formowania elementów kształtowych z kompozytów polimerowo-szklanych w formach negatywowych. Żaba","doi":"10.7862/rm.2022.5","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.7862/rm.2022.5","url":null,"abstract":"This paper presents frustum cone drawpiece analysis made of titanium CP2 sheet by a single incremental sheet forming. Central composite design has been adopted to carry out an experiment containing 20 runs, then multi-criteria parameter optimization has been done. Optimal parameters have been validated and responses deviations do not exceed 4% compared to created models. For the drawpiece formed with optimal parameters, AGRUS optical measurement and X-ray tomography has been applied to check the obtained of the part wall thickness and general deviations compared to the CAD model. The wall angle discrepancy of the cone generatrix has also been analyzed. No gaps or ruptures have been confirmed by X-ray. The blank rolling direction has a significant effect on the drawpiece deviations.
