Bruns","doi":"10.30820/9783837977028-19","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30820/9783837977028-19","url":null,"abstract":"Zusammenfassung: Seit jeher stellt Gewalt im gesellschaftlichen Umgang mit Patienten 1 , die an einer Psychose leiden, ein wichtiges Element dar, aus-geführt durch die Institutionen Justiz, Polizei und Psychiatrie. Klinische Erfahrungen und empirische Untersuchungen haben inzwischen klare Hinweise darauf erbracht, dass viele psychotische Patienten frühkindliche Gewalt erfahren haben. Die daraus entstandenen Traumata sind wegen ihres frühen Ursprungs großenteils nicht im episodisch-autobiografischen, sondern im impliziten Gedächtnis gespeichert, bei späterer Verursachung ab-gespalten, und deswegen therapeutisch schwer zugänglich. Einen Weg zu ihrer Versprachlichung bietet das Konzept der Figurabilität, wie an einigen Behandlungsepisoden gezeigt wird. Der Überschuss an gesellschaftlicher Gewalt gegenüber psychotischen Patienten wird vor dem Hintergrund ihrer individuell erfahrenen Gewalt als kollektive institutionalisierte Gegenübertragungsreaktion verstanden. wir miteinander erreicht haben, zerstört werden. haben sie meinen Vorschlag, die Behandlung in eine Analyse umzuwandeln, so verstanden, dass ich etwas Sexuelles mit ihnen beginnen wollte«. Abstract: Violence has always been an important element in the societal treatment of patients suffering from psychosis, carried out by the judicial, police and psychiatric in-stitutions. Clinical experience and empirical studies have now provided clear evidence that many psychotic patients have experienced early childhood violence. Because of their early origin, the traumas resulting from this experience are for the most part not stored in episodic-autobiographical memory but in implicit memory, split off when caused later, and therefore difficult to access therapeutically. The concept of figurabil-ity offers a way of finding words for them, as is shown in some treatment episodes.
