The dependence of the active and reactive components of the complex of the impedance of the fractal element on the degree of the derivative is investigated. The analysis of properties of ideal fractal elements is carried out. Based on this analysis, it was concluded that the traditional inductor, resistor and capacitor are special cases of a fractal element in the basis of powers of derivatives (1, 0, -1). It is shown that, unlike traditional ideal elements, a fractal element can have unusual properties, such as the dependence of active resistance on frequency or the presence of negative active resistance. A family of frequency characteristics of a fractal element is constructed depending on the degree of the derivative. The results obtained in the article can be the basis for studying the properties of fractal electric circuits in various operating modes.","PeriodicalId":288068,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information Technologies (InfoTech)","volume":"28 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120977276","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

People in crisis events can report their observations of the crisis environment, and their mental and physical state. They can ask for help or assistance via Twitter. Some studies report, that some or a lot of compassion, concern and empathy is involved. Verification of this thesis was the main concern of our research. We analyzed huge datasets of Tweets available via Internet of recorded messages posted during natural disaster events. We detected many emotional tweets characterized by keywords. Emotional keywords were extracted and composed in an emotional dictionary, to be used for future flooding disasters.","PeriodicalId":288068,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information Technologies (InfoTech)","volume":"26 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"113965526","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A significant number of ITSs have been developed during the last decade. In this paper we present our results of the analysis of valuable scientific sources, discussed usage of ontologies for development of knowledge models for ITSs. We present a general methodology for development of lower-cost ITSs, containing reusable components, and general classification of tutoring strategies to ensure dynamic selection of the best strategy by the tutor.","PeriodicalId":288068,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information Technologies (InfoTech)","volume":"153 4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125899949","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The achievement of consensus for a group of distributed robots without a leader was studied. It is shown by the results of the experiments that the robots are able to be put in one state within a finite period of time. No dependence was found on the number of robots and the time for which consensus was reached, however the convergence time depends on the amount of dislocation of the agent, which is most distant at the initial moment of time from the final state of the agents.","PeriodicalId":288068,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Information Technologies (InfoTech)","volume":"199 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121083040","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
