Muamalat Indonesia Bank. This research is a quantitative study. The sample used in this study is in the form of monthly financial reports of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia 2016-2019 period published on the official website of Bank Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority, and Bank Muamalat Indonesia by using Purposive Sampling techniques. The type of data used is secondary data. The method used in this research is associative. The analysis model used is the Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Hypothesis Test with a significance level of 5% or 0.05. In this study, to process the data, the author uses the application SPSS 22. The analysis results showed that variables inflation and operational costs partially have a positive and significant effect on revenue sharing from musyarakah financing. Inflation and operational costs affect the revenue-sharing from the musyarakah financing agreement. The Prob value evidences this—statistical 0,000, which is smaller than 0.05. Then the contribution of inflation and operational costs to the revenue of musyarakah financing in this study amounted to 0.419 or (41.9%). ROA profitability during the last six years has fluctuated and tends to decline. This is due to the high level of problem financing. The research method used in this research is the causality method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The method used for sampling in this research is purposive sampling with a total sample of ten BUS in Indonesia for 6 years of research. The data used is secondary data. The statistical analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression analysis using Eviews 9. The dependent variable in this study is profitability with ROA ratios. Independent variables in this study are diversification of contract type financing, financing diversification of types of use, and diversification of economic sector financing. The level of diversification in this study uses the Hirschman Herfindahl Index (HHI) formula. The author is interested in analyzing the effect of the marketing mix on becoming a customer of BSM Gold Installment financing products at Bank Syariah Mandiri branch office Singaparna Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this research is quantitative research, and the sample in this study is a saturated sample of 42 respondents. While observation, interviews, and questionnaires do the data collection technique and take data analysis techniques using descriptive data. Hypothesis testing uses correlation analysis test and regression analysis test. The results showed that the marketing mix, namely: products, promotions, places, prices, people, physical evidence, and the process had a significant effect on the decision to become a customer of BSM gold installment financing products at Bank Syariah Mandiri rcount ke rtable with n = 42 at a significance level of 1%, the results for rtable of 0.393 have been obtained. This research uses Statistical Test Non-Parametric Method Two-Stage Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) using the production approach and Tobit regression model. Generally, the efficiency level of The National Zakat Board in West Java is relatively good because it achieves a full efficiency value of six National Zakat Board, besides that most of The National Zakat Board in West Java reaches the point of efficiency above average. The factors that cause these inefficiencies are generally less optimal distribution. It is becoming a language interesting given Sharia Capital Market have an important role because of the biggest contributor for the assets into the Islamic finance industry Indonesia. Thus, this research aims to find out how the influence of economic indicators. Leading Economic Indicator (LEI) composed of Customer Price Index (CPI) and the value of the exchange rate, the Coincident Economic Indicators (CEI) consisting of Retail Sales and money supply (M2), and the last Regional Index where authors take first stock index in the world, i.e., Index Dow Jones Islamic market and index the Dow Jones Industrial Average with the Jakarta Islamic Index. This research analyses Vector Error Correction Models (VECM) and secondary data for 60 periods from January 2014 to December 2018. This study showed that Retail Sales, the Dow Jones Islamic market, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average Index did not affect, Money supply (M2) and a negative exchange rate effect. In contrast, the Customer Price Index (CPI) had a positive effect. The macroeconomic variables will affect the implications of this research, namely the development of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) price. The money supply (M2), Customer Price Index (CPI), and the exchange rate become variable, which has a big influence. In contrast, the Retail Sales, the Dow Jones Islamic Market (DJIM), the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) has influence but are not so strong. The used method in this research was descriptive-explanatory method with multiple linear regression analysis. The dependent variable in this study is financial deepening. While, the independent variable in this study are the third-party funds, corporate sukuk, and state sukuk. This study aims to determine the effect of spiritual motivation on the performance of employees of the Daarut Tauhiid Foundation in Bandung. The hypothesis proposed in this study is the creed motivation, worship motivation and muamalah motivation partially and together have a significant effect on performance. The subjects (samples) in this study were 33 people. Sampling method is purposivesampling.Data obtained through primary data by distributing questionnaires also added to interviews and observations. Secondary data were obtained through records and profile of Daarut Tauhiid foundation as well as information from various other sources. Data analysis was performed by multiple regression analysis. As a result, partially or together it turns out that spiritual motivation does not affect performance. This can be seen from the t-count value of each variable (creed = 0.857, worship = 0.288 and muamalah = 0.971) compared to t-table (2.0395) or t-count 2 and the F-count of 1.935 is smaller than 4. Or the significance level is greater than 0.05 which is 0.14. The lack of spiritual motivation on performance is very reasonable because spiritual motivation has become the culture and character of students of the DT foundation's work. Another thing that should be suspected and needs serious attention is the work environment and leadership of the Foundation which needs to be changed to be more conducive and decentralized. The highest spiritual need in Maslow's hierarchy has been fulfilled by students of DT. But the need for a sense of security (work contract), physiological (primary needs), social needs (AA Gym leadership) is less fulfilled. Another factor that causes low customer confidence is that the Sharia Corporate Governance has not been maximized, as evidenced by IRTI's research results showing that GCG implementation has not been implemented well in Islamic banks in various countries and failure to apply sharia principles to 85%. Sharia Corporate Governance (SCG) is a combination of two theories, namely Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and the theory of Sharia Compliance. The implementation of SCG in Islamic banks is based on six principles, namely transparency, accountability, accountability, professionalism and fairness and implementation of compliance shariah. Sharia Corporate Governance (SCG) can also be referred to as a system, regulation, and process used to realize a compliance culture in managing Islamic banking risk as well as monitoring, regulating and encouraging its performance efficiently so as to generate sustainable added value for stakeholders in the long term in accordance with sharia principles. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of SCG and reputation on customer trust in Islamic banks. The population in this study is the customer of BJB Syariah KCP Cimahi. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression method. The population in this study is an infrastructure company listed on ISSI. While the sample used in this study is 12 infrastructure sector companies listed on the ISSI during 2015-2017 respectively. The type of data that used is the type of secondary data that the author gets through the financial statements of each company from 2015-2017 published on the IDX website. The performance measurement method used in this study is the EVA method, which consists of 3 components of calculation, namely Net Operating After Tax Profit, Weighted Average Cost of Capital and Invested Capital. The results of this study indicate that the performance of infrastructure sector companies listed on ISSI in the period 2015 to 2017 shows the results of EVA valuations are diverse, namely: Companies that have positive, fixed, negative EVA.
