Numerical results for the input impedance, VSWR and return loss are presented and compared with simulated results. The effect on varying height h2, slot width and width of the strip are analyzed to obtained the optimum values for dual band operation. The resonance frequency of proposed antenna is found to be 3.26GHz and 6.20 GHz for lower and upper resonance frequency. The frequency ratio is found to be 1.95. In this paper, we proposed a dynamic threshold source coupled logic and analyses the performance of dynamic threshold source coupled logic with previous source coupled logic for ultra low power operation. Dynamic threshold source coupled logic circuits exhibit a better power-delay Performance compared with the Sub-threshold Source Coupled Logic. It can be seen that the proposed circuit provides 56% reduction in power delay product. The proposed circuit provides lower sensitivity to temperature and power supply variation, with a superior control on power dissipation [1]. Measurements of test structures are simulated in 0.18 μm CMOS technology show that the proposed dynamic threshold source coupled l logic concept can be utilized successfully for bias currents as low as 1 pA[2]. Developing algorithms and software to analyse these images may also assist physicians in their daily work. Microcalcifications are tiny calcium deposits in breast tissues. They appear as small bright spots on mammograms. Since microcalcifications are small and subtle abnormalities, they may be overlooked by an examining radiologist. Image Enhancement and Filtering is always the root process in many medical image processing applications. It is aimed at reducing noise in images. In this paper we have made comparison between several novel and hybrid enhancement techniques. The comparison is based on the basis of observations (from the clinical point of view) and performance evaluation parameters (statistical parameter) such as PSNR, and CNR. These can be used for identifying breast nodule malignancy to provide better chance of a proper treatment. Two schemes, amplify-and-forward (AF) and decode-and-forward (DF) are investigated depending on channel condition. Further it allows switching between the two schemes according to channel condition. The bit error probability performance (BEP) for the proposed hybrid strategy has been evaluated in presence of m-nakagami fading. We have evaluated the BER performance for variable number of relays in multi hop and cooperative network. The impact of decoding threshold and ‘m’ parameter on bit error rate (BER) is indicated. Learning from such data sets results in the classifier being biased towards the majority class, thereby tending to misclassify the minority class samples. In this paper, we provide a technique, SkewBoost which classifies the minority instances correctly without compromising much on the correct classification of the majority instances. In the SkewBoost technique, minority and majority instances are identified during execution of the boosting algorithm. A variation of SMOTE is used to create synthetic minority instances which are then added to the training set and total weight is rebalanced. After each iteration of the boosting algorithm, the weight of each instance is modified to focus more on the misclassified instances. A cost-sensitive approach has been adopted to reweight the instances following every iteration. For this, the estimation of online radiation dose rates at various locations around the machine inside the active areas, such as vault and pit (inaccessible areas during operation), and in the experimental areas is essential. However due to advancement of OGC SWE standard, there are still challenges left that has to be addressed within the context of discovery of Sensor Web Registry services throughout heterogeneous environment which raises several concerns like performance, reliability, and robustness. Many approaches and frameworks have been proposed to discover the sensor web registry services and some of the approaches assume that the requests are placed in SOAP compatible formats while others focus on GUI based parametric query processing. In this paper an approach has been proposed that uses the Natural Language Query Processing which is a convenient and easy method of sensor data access in comparison to SQL or XML based Query Language like XQuery and XPath. An architecture based on Multi-layered SOA Framework that organizes the method of sensor web registry service discovery in an efficient and structured manner has been suggested by adding some new layers like Request Parser & Query Generator (RPQ), Service Verifier and Certifier (SVC) and Service Rank Calculator (SRC). Fast Fourier Transform processor based on CORDIC is implemented. The key ideas are replacing the sine and cosine twiddle factors in conventional FFT architecture by iterative CORDIC rotations which allow the reduction in read-only memory (ROM). The use of CORDIC in FFT results in the elimination of multipliers, saves area, power and cost CORDIC finds many applications as it providing a simpler way of computing complex multiplications. With the increase in multimedia applications and ever increasing demand of wireless devices supporting higher data rate flow, cellular systems, in general, always face scarcity of channels. In cellular systems, utilization of channels has been one of the very important areas of research along with power management, location tracking etc. Efficient and effective allocation of channels for cellular networks has become an extremely important topic of recent research. The different types of emerging services require real time support and uninterrupted communication, having more strict QoS requirements. Different mechanisms have been proposed to integrate MANETs and the Internet. These strategies differ in gateway discovery mechanism, cell switching criteria, ad hoc routing protocol. In our paper we remove the limitation from the above mentioned approaches and given a new approach in which cluster head and gateway will be same and that node is known as cluster head gateway (CHG) [1], in which all the responsibilities of cluster head and gateway will be perform by the CHG and we introduces the prediction table concepts in such a way that if CHG node moves or left the network then which node will act as the CHG, because if without giving the responsibilities of CHG to any node the rest of the node of that cluster has strong chances to loss the network.
