Improved performance of p-type organic light-emitting transistors (OLETs) can be obtained by introducing a novel tetracene derivative emission layer and combed source and drain metal electrodes. We employ a novel tetracene derivative, 2-phenyl-tetracene (Ph-TET) [1], as the organic light-emitting transistors' emission material. The prepared OLETs show good optical and electronic properties with high stability. The OLETs exhibit high external quantum efficiency of 2.6% and high charge carrier mobility of 3.2cm2V-1s-1. The OLET gives orange emission thus exhibiting potential value in organic optoelectronics.","PeriodicalId":285199,"journal":{"name":"2017 Asia Communications and Photonics Conference (ACP)","volume":"148 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-11-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128185947","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the first part, perovskite based small lasers (Fabry-Perot, WGM cavity) will be demonstrated. The advantages and disadvantages of perovskite serving as gain materials will be discussed. We also demonstrate the controlled growth of micro-laser array by using single layer BN as the buffer layer. On the other hand, different from the traditional very thick nonlinear crystal, we proposed that 2D Van der Waals crystal (3R MoS2) could be served as a promising ultra-thin frequency doubling crystal under the condition of phase matching. Thickness and wavelength dependent Second Harmonic Generation (SHG) spectrum of 3R MoS2 offer the selection rules of appropriate working conditions. Polarization enhancement with two petals along staggered stacking direction appears in 3R MoS2 were reported.","PeriodicalId":285199,"journal":{"name":"2017 Asia Communications and Photonics Conference (ACP)","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-11-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129441877","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
