With research subjects 36 students. This research is a CAR research. Samples from this study were 36 students 18 male students and 18 female students. Based on data processing that researchers have done in class X Science 7 of SMAN 1 Pangkalan Kerinci, from a total sample of 36 students, it was concluded that in this study a complete 33 students with a percentage of 91.7% and an incomplete number of 3 people with a percentage of 8.3%. Furthermore, in competing, Wushu athletes often lose speed in attacking or defending, the body was less agile to dodge and even punches, kicks and kickbacks were less powerful and not so hard.The type of the research was descriptive research. The population were all Wushu Athletes in Kerinci Regency in 2018. 15 samples were chosen. The sampling technique was done through \"total sampling\". The data consisted of primary and secondary data. The technique of data analysis was descriptive statistical analysis.The results shown that: 1) The level of limb muscle explosive power wushu athletes in Kerinci Regency was in the category of Prima and good, 2) The level of agility possessed by the Wushu athletesin Regency Kerinci was in the good category. It could be proved by the score. 7 out of 15 athletes scored were <15.5 which categorized in the excellent category, 3) Level of speed of Wushu athletes in Kerinci Regency were in good category, this was indicated by the acquisition of a value between 6.44-7.31 that owned by 8 athletes with a percentage of 53.33 %. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to increase the activity and results of learning football through tong goal play. This study uses a class action research method. The subjects in this study were fifth grade students of SDN 81 / II Muara Bungo. The number of subjects in this study were 36 students. The meeting in this study was designed in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. The instruments used in retrieving data were obtained from the results of the performance tests displayed by students during the test. The results of this study indicate that through the goalpost game can improve students' abilities in soccer learning. In the first cycle, it was known that the percentage of learning completeness was 68% with a total of 25 students, experiencing an increase in the second cycle of 77%, with the total completeness of 29 students. The conclusion of this study is that the approach of playing football with the goalpost can improve football's ability in fifth grade students of SDN 81 / II Muara Bungo. Then, speed (speed) is an ability that is based on a certain unit of time, the farther the distance traveled, the higher the speed. The purpose of this study was to find out the results of agility on dribbling abilities, the results of speed on dribbling abilities and the results of agility and speed together on dribbling abilities. The results of this study indicate that agility contributes to the athletic dribbling ability of 43.30%, the speed of contribution (contribution) to the athlete's dribbling ability is 24.21%, there is a contribution of agility and speed together to dribbling abilities at SSB Kota Lintas Muara Bungo football athlete. Hal tersebut penting karena proses pembelajaran adalah sesuatu yang sistematis dan terpola. Masih banyak guru yang hilang arah atau bingung di tengah-tengah proses pembelajaran hanya karena tidak memiliki perangkat pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, perangkat pembelajaran memberi panduan apa yang harus dilakukan seorang guru di dalam kelas. Selain itu, perangkat pembelajaran memberi panduan dalam mengembangkan teknik mengajar dan memberi panduan untuk merancang perangkat yang lebih baik, yang kedua, perangkat pembelajaran dilihat sebagai tolak ukur, seorang guru yang profesional tentu mengevaluasi setiap hasil mengajarnya. Ada begitu banyak manfaat penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, namun kenyataan dilapangan masih banyak kendala dan hambatan dari guru untuk membuat dan mempersiapkan perangkat pembelajarannya dengan baik dan benar, salah satunya adalah berdasarkan temuan pada kegiatan PPG guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga Dan Kesehatan beberapa tahun terakir, dimana perangkat pembelajaran yang seharusnya telah dikuasai guru dan seharusnya dipersiapkan guru sebelum kegiatan belajar mengajar terjadi justru kurang dipersiapkan dengan baik dan dibeberapa kasus penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran tidak sesuai dengan pedoman penyusunan yang seharusnya padahal dengan membuat perangkat pembelajarannya dengan baik seorang guru melaksanakan proses pembelajarannya secara lebih terprogram, terencana dan profesionalitas sebagai guru bisa lebih ditingkatkan. \u0000Seorang guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga Dan Kesehatan juga harus mampu dalam membuat perencanaan dalam pembelajaran, salah satunya adalah rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran merupakan perangkat pembelajaran yang dibuat oleh seorang guru dalam merencanakan kegiatan pembelajaran dengan beberapa pertemuan atau tatap muka. This research is using experimental method. The subject of this research is the son of the fostering of the achievement of pencak silat JPOK in Sebelas Maret University Surakarta in 2012 totaling 20 people. The data collection technique used in this study was a 10-second sickle kick speed test. Data analysis techniques used with t test with a significance level of 5%. The results of the research are as follows: (1) There is a significant effect after the application of Zig-Zag Combination Technique on the Speed of JPOK Putra's Fighter's Sabit Kick FKIP Sebelas Maret University Surakarta in 2012. From the calculation, the t-count is 2,242 and t-table with a significance level of 5% and n = 10 of 2,228. One form of volleyball game taught to elementary school students is a mini volleyball game. In volleyball learning, various basic techniques are taught. One of the most important techniques is service technique. Based on the type, volleyball services are divided into two types, namely bottom service and top service. This study aims to determine whether there is an increase in the results of learning services under mini volleyball using part learning methods in fifth grade students of SD Negeri 218 / VIII Cermin Alam District VII Koto Ilir, Tebo Regency. The bottom service material is carried out in class V with 27 students, consisting of 15 male students and 12 female students. The final result of student understanding (cognitive) with an achievement of 88.89% which entered the criteria very well. The final result of observing student behavior (affective) with an achievement of 100% that falls into very good criteria.
