This paper discusses an approach for coaching leaders, to enable higheremployee engagement levels during these COVID-19 times. With ‘Work from Home’ being a norm,organizations are attempting to check the level of employee engagement in most organizations.Employee engagement survey reports are generated. However, most organizations are at a loss onhow to coach their leaders. Employee engagement scores are not easily changeable. Yet,organizations can work on behaviors that contribute to this score. SOLVE©(George, 2019) is aunique approach, which could be used to coach leaders on employee engagement. The Approach: SSeek to prepare, analyze the scores. O-Observe and define the Outcome or goal areas. L-Be areflective Listener, understand the story behind the numbers. V-When you Value-add, create insights,get the client to propose solutions. E-Evaluate and follow-up to prevent backsliding.
