SOLVE©(George, 2019) is aunique approach, which could be used to coach leaders on employee engagement. The Approach: SSeek to prepare, analyze the scores. O-Observe and define the Outcome or goal areas. L-Be areflective Listener, understand the story behind the numbers. V-When you Value-add, create insights,get the client to propose solutions. E-Evaluate and follow-up to prevent backsliding. Many organizations during these testing times conduct employee engagement surveys and coach itsleaders for change.
