Various studies have shown that patient adherence to treatment of chronic disease is generally low. Dietetic therapy is one of the pillars of the control of diabetes mellitus, dietary compliance in carrying out a hope for the hospital healthcare team. The purpose this study is to identify the relationship of knowledge with the implementation od dietary adherence in patient with diabetes mellitus in Poly Deep Disease at General Hospital of Tangerang 2017. The purpose of this research is to know the correlation between the patient diabetes mellitus at general hospital of Tangerang 2017. This reseach is based mainly on descriptive-correlative wich use cross sectional approachment. The sample is 99 respondents that using accidental technical of sumpling as inclusion-exclusion criteria. Using questionnaire technical then. Techniques of data analysis using the chi-square test with significance level α = 0,05. Results showed that knowladge has a relationship with diet adherence with diabetes mellitus obtained chi-square tes p = 0.004 α = 0,05, which means that HO is rejected. Penyebab kenaikan tekanan darah tinggi sendiri sulit dipastikan untuk setiap individu karena faktor pemicunya sangat banyak dan spesifik. Kurangnya aktivitas fisik merupakan salah satu penyebab kenaikan tekanan darah tinggi karena dapat meningkatkan kadar kolesterol dalam tubuh, dimana tingginya kadar kolesterol dapat menjadi faktor risiko penyakit jantung dan pembuluh darah. Tujuan penelitian diketahui hubungan kadar kolesterol dengan derajat hipertensi di Puskesmas Simbarwaringin Kecamatan Trimurjo Kabupaten Lampung Tengah Tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, desain penelitian analitik menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi penelitian seluruh penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Simbarwaringin Kecamatan Trimurjo Kabupaten Lampung Tengah sebanyak 300 orang, dengan tehnik purposive sampling sebanyak 172 orang. Analisa data yang digunakan uji statistik Chi Square. Hasil penelitian respon den mengalami Hipertensi Derajat II yaitu sebanyak 93(54,1%). Responden memiliki kadar kolesterol sedang yaitu sebanyak 77 (44,8%). Ada hubungan antara kadar kolesterol dengan derajat hipertensi di Puskesmas Simbarwaringin Kecamatan Trimurjo Kabupaten Lampung Tengah tahun 2018 dengan p-value = 0,000 (p-value 0,05). Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk memberikan penyuluhan tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan penyakit hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Simbarwaringin Trimurjo Lampung Tengah, misalnya dengan mengadakan penyuluhan tentang perlunya menghindari faktor resiko hipertensi yaitu mengurangi konsumsi makanan yang mengandung lemak dan kolesterol, melakukan aktifitas olahraga secara rutin untuk meningkatkan pembakaran lemak dan kolesterol sehingga dapat mencegah kejadian hipertensi di masyarakat. Hospital management system is part of the organizational structure, planning, sedponsibilities, implementation, procedures, processes and resources required for the development, implementation, achievement and maintenance of occupational health and safety policies inthe order to create a workplace that is healthy, safe afficient and productive. The implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is one from of effort to create work place that is safe, healthy, free from environmental pollution, so as to reduce and or be free from occupational accidents and occupational diseases which in turn can increase work efficiency and productivity. Work accidents not only couse casualities and material losses for workers and employer, but can also disrupt the overall production process, damage the environment whice in turn will have an impact on the eider community. The hospital is a workplace where there are employess and sick peolpe. Another reason is the limited lever of knowlwdge and skills of P2K3 members and the ability of P2K3 secretaries who should function as activators of P2K3. The objectives of this reseach are: in this study, the researcher will identify and examine what factor are related to occupational health and safety for nursing academy students from the Indonesia Air Force RSP who will serve in the hospita. Most fractures are caused by injury, trauma where there is excessive pressure on the bone. Fracture treatment consists of being a medical treatment and traditional medicine.The choice of traditional fracture treatment will have a hazard to the patient itself. One of the factors that influence the choice of fracture treatment is economic factors. Economic ability with the level of income and social household members determines how a person chooses and undergoes the desired treatment.The purpose of this study was to determine the Relations Between Economic Factors to the Selection of Treatment in Fracture Patients.Metodology in this study used a analytic correlation with a \"cross sectional\" approach. The population in this study were all patients treated with a medical diagnosis of fracture. The sample used in this study amounted to 46 respondents with a sampling technique used accidental sampling.From the analysis results obtained P Value 0.003, which means ≤ of the value α 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between economic factors on the choice of treatment in fracture patients. It is recommended for further researchers to examine more factors that influence treatment so that the most influential factors are seen on the selection of fracture treatment. Anxiety, nurses' fear of the risk of contracting the Covid-19 virus can give birth to unprofessional attitudes and behaviors in providing nursing care to patients. This study aims to identify the experiences of nurses while caring for patients infected with Covid-19. Qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews with five nurses at a hospital in Bengkulu. The results of the study found four main themes, namely knowledge of Covid-19, nurse professionalism, nurses' feelings while caring for patients, and efforts to prevent transmission. The results of the study found four main themes, namely knowledge of Covid-19 care, nurses' motivation, the psychological condition of nurses while caring for patients, efforts to prevent transmission and the role of nurses in providing nursing care carried out by nurses to the families of Covid-19 patients. Nonetheless, a few families are found to do a prevention effort towards this issue. Self-efficacy is one of the factors that determines one’s behavior. This research purpose is to identify family with diabetes mellitus self-efficacy on carrying diabetes mellitus prevention effort.This research used quantitative descriptive with cross sectional method, involving 138 families with diabetes mellitus (siblings or descendant) who live on Tarogong public health center work area. The respondents were selected by using purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by using diabetes mellitus prevention self-efficacy questionnaire. The instrument was developed by the author based on related literature and had been tested for validity by two lecturers working in the field of diabetes mellitus. The collected data were analyzed as a description and displayed in percentage, frequency, mean. The general findings showed that the family’s self-efficacy for preventing diabetes mellitus was on high category (54,3%). Smoking and physical activity domain were found as the highest mean score, while exercise and health check-up were identified as the lower ones.The research result can be concluded that the family self-efficacy in preventing diabetes mellitus belongs to high category. Nevertheless, it is still important for community health center to develop a certain program that can involve family to improve low self-efficacy domain such as exercise and medical check-up.
