The proposed method makes use of the complete generalized orthogonal properties of Haar orthogonal function system to achieve the piece-based orthogonal transform on the image. The significant middle frequently coefficients in the transformation matrix are picked up, based on characteristics of the image visual system and the Haar orthogonal transform. The watermark is adoptively weighed to the middle frequently matrix. The method improves the validity of watermarking and shows excellent advantage against shearing attack. The anchor text, an objective summary of Web pages, is of strong topic and semantic indication. As to the triangular relationship of the hub Web page, anchor text, and authoritative Web page, a good hub Web page is the one that is directed to a good authoritative Web page through the authoritative anchor text; an authoritative anchor text is the one that connects good hub Web page and good authoritative Web page; and a good authoritative Web page is the one that a good hub Web page directs to through a good authoritative anchor text. This paper is mainly about hypertext-based topic analysis models and community-based topic distillation. However, The EACS in China, represented by GOME and SUNING, are performing far from satisfaction. They are still in the stage of depressing manufacturers for lower cost by their channel advantage accumulated over years. Now, management innovation is of great importance for EACS in China to survive, especially in the information age. So, how to make use of the latest IT technology to enhance companypsilas competitive advantage is a key factor for EACS to achieve a sustainable development. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the management innovation and the relationship improvement between manufacturer and electric appliances chain stores (EACS) in China in the information age. The paper first analyzed the dynamic of management innovation for EACS in the information age. Then, it analyzes the business model and development issues of EACS in China.
