The pinpointed issues for this work sheds light on its impact towards population diversity and dimension size. In retrospect of balance incorporation among exploration and exploitation capability, DE emphasizes on preference of control parameters. The algorithm scheme, known as self-adaptive ensemble-based differential evolution with enhanced population sizing (SAEDE- EP), is compared to self-adaptive ensemble-based DE (SAEDE). The SAEDE-EP algorithm is proposed to minimize user setting and exhausting trial-and-error procedure for appropriately configuring scale factor, crossover rate, mutation strategy, and population size. In SAEDE-EP, an ensemble is used to trigger the change of diversity in population when the best solutions between generations have been stagnant for a certain period. The performance is appraised based on 26 benchmark functions comprising on 8 low dimensions and 18 high dimensions. Giving the wrong food to children can cause children to experience malnutrition. The danger of malnutrition in children for a long time can cause stunting. Stunting is a condition of growth failure in children (body and brain growth) due to a lack of nutrition for a long time. Thus, the child is shorter than normal children his age and has a delay in thinking. Malnourished children do not only have an impact on health complaints in the future. But it also makes children unable to grow optimally, thus interfering with their productivity when they grow up. Nutritional needs are an important factor during a child's growth period. In preparing a diet, you must pay attention to a balanced and varied menu, including the type of food in an appropriate amount. To meet the body's nutritional needs for the maintenance of cells in the body and the process of child development. Therefore, an application was created that can provide a combination of menus and dietary patterns for toddler and preschool age. This application uses the Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm in finding the best menu combination according to the child's age and physical condition. The results obtained in this study are dietary suggestions for toddlers and preschool age. Intrusion Detection System (IDS) helps monitor the network based on various anomalies (unusual events) that can indicate threats of hacker aggression, malware, or vulnerabilities in a system. IDS will monitor and provide a warning of whether an activity is classified as malicious or not. Furthermore, IDS will organize it into several strata levels of risk. This is very helpful for prioritizing any activity anomalies that require more attention and handling. This study analyzed the IDS process with a selection feature using genetic algorithms and classification using the KNN algorithm and KDD99 as the dataset. In developing countries, public awareness of the importance of health is minimal. This is because some people cannot easily consult a doctor about their health problems due to limited time, money, and much more. Time and money can be an obstacle for someone when they want to run routine health checks, especially for someone who has a busy schedule. We have developed an artificial intelligence-based application that can be used by people to accurately check their health from the symptoms provided by the user. People also usually did not have enough time to have a medical check-up in the hospital. What if there is a place where we can find about health problem just by entering symptoms or just scanning an ECG or you can check whether the prescribed medicine is supposed to be used the way you are told to. Such a problem can be solved by using medical chatbot by giving proper guidance regarding healthy living. Some of the hazardous situations could come from harmful gases, fires, earthquakes, abnormal temperatures and humidity. The purpose of this research is to design and implement a simple prototype as an early warning system in terms to raise human awareness about the possibilities of hazardous conditions, especially inside the room. This research is based on the Spiral method which has the iterative and systematic prototyping properties of the waterfall model. The main components of the prototype are temperature and humidity sensor, smoke sensor, flame sensor, Gyroscope, Accelerometer, Wemos D1 board, and Blynk IoT platform. Those components were set up to build a system which connected to a smartphone as a user interface which intended to monitor the stimulus in the indoor environment while performing any detection and alertness function when various hazardous conditions are detected. The Blynk apps which installed and set up on the user smartphone could display the gauge values and graph read from each sensor in real-time and also pop-up message notifications as an alert when a potentially dangerous condition is detected. The system also provided direct notifications through LEDs indicators and voice alerts for each hazardous condition, to give early warnings to the people inside the room or building so that they can avoid or minimize the effects of any potentially dangerous situations. Buyers are very fond of determining the quality of good rice. One of the indicators in determining the quality is rice which is often bought by buyers. This study aims to classify rice based on clusters, making it easier for buyers to know the quality of rice, and sellers can determine the right price for rice based on quality. The method used in this research is the K-Means Clustering of 30 rice data brands. The test results obtained 3 clusters, namely cluster 0 with very good quality as many as 12 brands of rice, cluster 1 with good quality as many as 12 brands of rice, cluster 2 with poor quality as many as six brands of rice. Understanding sign language is challenging because it requires memorizing hand poses and gestures. This suggests a demand for an automatic sign language recognition system that allows everyone to understand this language. In this research, we have used the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) Architecture and Tensorflow library to build the model image of classification. Indonesian Sign Language (BISINDO) dataset is used as the data source, which contains 2659 images of Indonesian Sign Language (BISINDO) twenty-six (26) letter categories. The images are divided into training and validation datasets. The experimental results show that the model has achieved an accuracy of 96.67% on the training dataset, and an accuracy of 100% for the validation dataset. In cases or reports relating to the coronavirus, there are many terms or diction used by the Indonesian government, one of which is ODP (Insider Monitoring). Unsupervised ODP is one of the reasons for the increasing number of positive cases of COVID-19. Based on existing references, there are no studies that develop applications to monitor ODP. So that we will build a mobile-based ODP TRACKING prototype that aims to prevent the COVID-19 that can be caused by ODP by using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology. The ODP Tracker application requires users such as the community, COVID-19 Village Handling Task Force, puskesmas, sub-district & district handling units, and the system administrator. Each of these users has a different role in the application but is related to one another. Several prototypes of the ODP Tracker application interface are shown in this study, including the Registration form interface, the ODP tracking interface, and the ODP report interface.
