The resistances have been calculated in the different attacked angles. It can be seen from the simulation results that the variety of the velocity is much obvious than that of the attacked angles. The resistance is referred to the square of the velocity. When the angle attacked is increasing, the trends of the velocity increasing are more obvious. If the velocity is not large enough, the effects of the resistance training is not fine. The results about the computation on the resistance and life are correct, which can be applied in the training. Under the original skills, the training is much fine in the training. This system realizes referees scoring and electronic display scene shows in the five to five basketball test. The results are as follows. Martial arts, tea kwon do, aerobics dancing and the sports of basketball courses could improve the colleges' social adaptability. Alternative LS (ALS) method is one of the commonly used algorithms for the CF problem. However, ALS did not work very well in some applications, due to the over-fitting to observations. This paper proposes a novel estimate-piloted regularization that uses a pre-estimate of the unobserved entries and uses the approximation errors to the pre-estimates as a regularize term. This new regularization can reduce the risk of over-fitting and improve the approximation accuracy of ALS. We also proposed a fast implementation of the modified ALS method, which is also very suitable for parallel computing.
