As of August 2022, 0.44 percent of the inflation in Palangkaraya is attributable to rice, which can contribute to an increase in the MPP rate. Margin perdagangan dan pengangkutan (MPP) is a percentage that indicates the increase in rice prices from producers to final consumers, taking into account transportation costs. The objective of this paper is to determine the optimal route and allocation of each vehicle fleet serving each depot, given several constraints using an open-source spreadsheet solver. Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) is one of the most frequently encountered optimization problems in logistics. In this instance, we optimize the paddy distribution fleet in Central Kalimantan using the VRP method. The results of the data processing led to the choice of the best route that could adhere to all the limitations, demonstrating that the VRP spreadsheet solver could be used for the case in this study. Based on the computations of 13 vehicles, hereinafter referred to as vehicle (V) which serves 100 Customers, it is obtained that V1 will serve 4 Customers, V2 will serve 5 Customers, V3 will serve 26 Customers, V4 will serve 5 Customers, V5 will serve 5 Customers, V6 will serve 6 Customers, V7 serves 3 Customers, V8 serves 4 Customers, V9 serves 14 Customers, V10 serves 5 Customers, V11 serves 3 Customers, V12 serves 11 Customers, and V13 serves 9 Customers.","PeriodicalId":278389,"journal":{"name":"INVENTORY: Industrial Vocational E-Journal On Agroindustry","volume":"8 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139366535","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problem currently faced is the increasing amount of plastic waste which is one result of the business processes of companies using plastic packaging or plastic packaging manufacturers, one of the plastic packaging waste that comes from cooking oil packaging. The method to solve the problem of processing cooking oil packaging waste carried out in this study is to modify the existing system into a reverse logistics system. Currently, cooking oil companies have not implemented reverse logistics to reduce plastic packaging production. The reverse logistics system applied in this study is to modify cooking oil packages into packages that can be used repeatedly. The reverse logistics system that is applied is then modeled linerly to find out the minimal costs in implementing reverse logistics for the packaged cooking oil. Based on the development of the packaged cooking oil waste management model, it is known that the results of determining the model solution with the linear programming model are the minimal costs for reverse logistics of packaged cooking oil. The model is designed to do a sensitivity analysis by making changes to the reverse logistics cost parameters, changes in the reverse logistics cost parameters resulting in changes to the results that are directly proportional. The designed model is implemented using PT.
