This study aims at identifying the various methods of buyback shares and analysing the buyback shares in eastern countries. This study also analyzes the buyback scenario of the Indian capital market.","PeriodicalId":278163,"journal":{"name":"Kristu Jayanti Journal of Management Sciences (KJMS)","volume":"75 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116230609","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These groups are the associations that are constituted voluntarily to achieve collective benefits. This group may be registered or unregistered. Members who have engaged in SHGs agreed to save a small amount of money regularly for the contribution of the common fund. An analytical research method has been applied to carry out this research work. The present study is purely based on the data collected from various published sources such as articles, NABARD annual reports, and RBI bulletins. The collected data has been analyzed and interpreted to reveal the significance of SHGs for financial inclusion through the microfinance system. It brings a massive opportunity for income generation activities. The study also found that a good number of SHGs has increased in recent years. The savings amount has also consistently increased from 2018-19 to 2020-2021. More individuals than ever are drawn to the technology that seems to give such independence due to the fear of being enslaved by computers. Every year after the holidays, more homes start using voice search. The basic concept is that the user speaks their request into the voice-activated gadget, which streams it through the cloud, transforming it into text. In reality, it is altering the search algorithm. As a result of the opening of Pandora's Box, businesses like Amazon, Apple, and Microsoft are adapting to fulfill the rising demand for voice-enabled gadgets. Voice assistants have created numerous possibilities for capitalizing on the speech bot trend and using this technology in novel and intriguing ways. This study focuses on the use and level of acceptance of voice assistants among various age groups in daily life.","PeriodicalId":278163,"journal":{"name":"Kristu Jayanti Journal of Management Sciences (KJMS)","volume":"63 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134031474","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Economic participation and development of organizations indicate that 15% to 35% of entrepreneurs are women. The business being the fulcrum of any economy, it is the responsibility of the business proprietors, be they, men or women, to weigh the effect of their operations on society. Entrepreneurship in management is the process of organizing existing resources for marketable products and services. Women business owners who have adopted and executed entrepreneurial exercises and techniques in their firms can be called women entrepreneurs. Generally, entrepreneurship is considered a domain for men; however, women have pioneered fields like teaching, retail, and health professions for a very long period, and women are known for their problem-solving strategies to deal with problems, issues, multitasking, team building and the successful development of organizations. The story of women entrepreneurs is a societal change that has been happening since the early 21st century. Economic growth has been steady in countries where women have advanced in entrepreneurship, whereas in countries where growth in women's entrepreneurship is not so evident Economic development has been stagnant. Hence, this paper narrates the entrepreneurial opportunities for women in India.","PeriodicalId":278163,"journal":{"name":"Kristu Jayanti Journal of Management Sciences (KJMS)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132328566","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A preowned market is one such important need of the present modern arena. The preowned market has grabbed customers' attention since the trend of exchanging goods without any money was introduced. If we look closely, this concept was initially implemented by the Mughal emperors, which regained attention. There are many reasons this resale market is worthy enough, the best alternative and excellent competition for the new manufacturing units. This preowned market is not only best given economic reasons but also impactful for social and ethical reasons. Among many preowned markets in India, the preowned automobile industry has gained an excellent market in a concise period. The regular transfer of individuals and continuously and drastically changing technology is the primary reason behind the increased preowned automotive market. Another essential reason is expendable income and accessible financial support from various agencies, specifically for pre-owned cars. Considering the rapid increment in the preowned car market, this company analysis article investigates one of the significant trending companies called CARS24 in the preowned car market. Many new ventures grow around a creative idea or a decision to put a new company model on the market. Spontaneously, some revolutionary innovations arise, but most commonly, they emerge out of a deliberately designed and organised phase of the invention. They will need a detailed strategic strategy to bring one's designs to fruition and funding to help users design, test, and sell the inventions. To minimise operating costs, improve performance, increase sales and enhance customer service, many organisations use artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Businesses should consider putting the entire range of intelligent technology into their systems and goods, including artificial learning, natural language processing and more, for the maximum gain. Also, companies that are new to AI, though, will reap big rewards.","PeriodicalId":278163,"journal":{"name":"Kristu Jayanti Journal of Management Sciences (KJMS)","volume":"93 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123064763","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Consequently, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the entire world has stagnated its economic growth; this is reflected in India's growth. The growth is contributed by effective foreign trade and its policies. The COVID-19 pandemic has opened up a new avenue to understand the contribution of trade to economic growth. The current study is aimed to understand the performance of Indian foreign trade in the light of select agricultural and non – agricultural products in COVID-19 pandemic. The study results confirm that exports and imports have drastically declined due to India's global pandemic and economic lockdown. Somehow it is recovered gradually but not as it was before the pandemic. The study also found that bidirectional causality has existed between India's GDP and imports during the COVID-19 pandemic.","PeriodicalId":278163,"journal":{"name":"Kristu Jayanti Journal of Management Sciences (KJMS)","volume":"134 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128542483","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Ranks will help countries realize/understand the status of their current positions. Accordingly, corrective measures could be adopted to reach a higher rank in the coming years to rectify those problems. Similar is the case with comparing/ranking universities and institutions within the national level to overcome the drawbacks identified by the ranking agencies. Generally, it is in practice to see that Ranking is prepared by comparing units with similar characteristics in all aspects or only among homogeneous groups. Then only the validity of the Ranking will be very high or acceptable to all to a large extent. If the Ranking is done among the inequalities, it is of no use for such Ranking and is highly unacceptable. For example, the Olympic game is conducted separately for ordinary boys and girls and the Para Olympic Games for physically challenged boys and girls. This is the standard scientific practice generally adopted anywhere.","PeriodicalId":278163,"journal":{"name":"Kristu Jayanti Journal of Management Sciences (KJMS)","volume":"39 3","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114088994","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
