In this environment, the terminal has the ability to connect to most efficient network as per users requirements. This is known as network selection. This selection is done by assigning weightage to network attributes on the basis of users preference. In this paper, selection of network is done using Evolutionary and Bankruptcy Game Model. This simulation is done for conversational and background traffic class. Simulation results of score obtained in case of available WIMAX (Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access), WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network), and UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications Service) environment is used for the selection of a network. The selection using Evolutionary Game and Bankruptcy Game Model is done at user terminal side and network operator side respectively. The influence of code length on the system performance is investigated for a given number of tones and data rate. Simulation results show that the code performance does not saturate even when the system is heavily loaded to full system capacity. The results also show that in a flat-fading channel, the codes provide a constant coding gain close to that obtainable in a Gaussian channel. Handling the heterogeneity of such data by a distributed file management system based database such as H-Base having limitation to handle only structured form of the data. This paper introduces an efficient algorithm for managing data heterogeneity in three basic types i.e. 1) centralized structured data to distributed structured data, 2) unstructured to a structured format and 3) semi-structured to a structured format. The performance of proposed method is evaluated in a real-time prototype experiment and in future we planned to compare to work on a data transform method in the specific context of health care data addressing performance metrics such as memory consumption and request per write. It acts as a productive role in Bayesian analysis. Further, allotments of such kind also represent former knowledge or relative ignorance [4]. The chance of occurrence or predictability is defined by the term Probability. During the availability of partial information related to the result, the calculation becomes more challenging. Even the partial results are also not available in some real world scenario. Several literatures are available in this direction. Pawlak's Rough sets, decision algorithms and Bayes Theorem is in the used to analyze the result in same direction. In our paper, we have extended our work where we have thoroughly studied and tried to create a relationship from probabilistic computing and Rough sets. We have further extended our study the importance of decision making by the concept of probabilistic rough set. Its reliable supply from the power utilities via complex network requires seamless control. Substation is a crucial element of power grid facilitating the efficient transmission and distribution of electricity to the consumers. In order to provide a standardized framework for substation automation the International Electro technical Commission (IEC) introduced the IEC 61850 standard for power grids. IEC 61850 Edition-I has established itself as a global communication standard for substation automation by integrating electrical equipment into control systems in power utilities. However the edition-I had encountered amounts of inconsistencies and shortcomings, to rectify them IEC 61850 Edition-II standard was released in June 2010. The edition-II proposes to boost the level of communication consistency by specifying network redundancy. The IEC 61850 consists of a group of standards, under which the IEC 62439 standard defines the Parallel Redundancy Protocol (PRP) and High Availability Seamless Redundancy (HSR) protocol to attain zero recovery time. This paper is a comparative study of IEC 61850 Edition-I and Edition-II which broadly focuses on the enhancement of communication reliability. Further we also discuss the future challenges and the methods to overcome them. The major challenge of handling of the duplicated data in the PRP and HSR mechanism has been discussed with the proposed solution of using a Link Redundancy Entity (LRE) and Redundancy Control Trailer (RCT). To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology, we worked on Automobile Insurance fraud dataset and Credit card customer churn dataset taken from literature. We employed Decision Tree (DT), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Logistic Regression (LR), Probabilistic Neural Network (PNN) and Group Method of Data Handling (GMDH) for classification purpose. We observed significant improvement with respect to the Area Under Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve (AUC) over other techniques. For automobile insurance dataset, undersampling with the sigmoid kernel yielded AUC of 7605 when compared with Sundar kumar and Ravi, Vasu and Ravi, Farquad [9,12,47] with respect to Decision tree, while for Credit card customer churn dataset, undersampling with the radial basis kernel (proposed method) yielded significant performance with respect to DT (AUC 8506.5). We preferred DT over SVM (AUC 8728.5) as there is no statistically significant difference between them. Such deliveries are commonly achieved using syringe pump which generally employs syringes driven by an electric motor. In this work a syringe pump is operated with a Raspberry Pi - System on Single Chip, which is more user friendly than a control with an ordinary microcontroller. It runs on Linux platform which is easy to code and control using Python language. The syringe pump is actuated by stepper motor which has 200 steps per revolution so that precise flow rate is possible compared to other electrical actuators. The stepper is connected to a Dual H-Bridge L293D motor driver, which in turn is powered through the GPIO (General Purpose Input/Output) pins - an integral part of the Raspberry pi. Lead screw mechanism is used in this work to transmit rotary motion of the motor to linear motion of syringe.
