Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan Archipelago International Indonesia office Bali. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan karyawan Archipelago office Bali sebagai responden, berjumlah 45 responden. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis structural equation model (SEM) dengan bantuan Smart PLS. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Bekerja dari rumah (Work from home) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ekspektasi kinerja karyawan Archipelago Office Bali. Bekerja dari rumah (Work from home) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ekspektasi usaha karyawan Archipelago Office Bali. Bekerja dari rumah (Work from home) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ekspektasi usaha karyawan Archipelago Office Bali. Ekspektasi kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Archipelago Office Bali. Metode dalam Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan daftar pertanyaan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Persepsi konsumen terhadap pelayanan Barista belum maksimal dipahami secara umum termasuk maksud dan tujuannya. Barista kurang paham pentingnya persepsi kunsumen terhadap pelayanan khususnya pelayanan dalam meracik minuman kopi. (2) The distribution channel strategy carried out by Aston Denpasar, Neo Denpasar and Quest Hotels is where the hotel determines the best distribution channel for its products to meet customer needs. Consumer needs used direct distribution and distribution through wholesale agents. From the results of the study, it was found that Bongo Village as a Religious Tourism Village located in Gorontalo Regency has become the best Tourism Village at the National level, this is proof that the management of Bongo Village as a Religious Tourism village continues to be maximized despite experiencing several obstacles due to the impact of the COVID19 pandemic. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wisatawan domestik yang sudah berkunjung ke Museum Bali, Monumen Perjuangan Rakyat Bali, dan Museum Le Mayeur. Jumlah sampel adalah 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa city branding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, city image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung, keputusan berkunjung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali , city branding tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung ulang, city image tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat kunjung ulang, Hasil analisis menunjukkan ada pengaruh mediasi antara city branding dengan minat berkunjung ulang melalui keputusan berkunjung dan ada pengaruh mediasi antara city image dengan minat berkunjung ulang melalui keputusan berkunjung. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Menggunakan instrumen penelitian yaitu pedoman wawancara, checklist observasi, studi dokumentasi. Data di analisis dengan teknik analisis deksriptif kualitatif, melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi dan penegasan simpulan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisa tantangan yang dihadapi daya tarik wisata Jatiluwih dalam meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan pada era new normal, menganalisa penerapan strategi pemasaran daya tarik wisata Jatiluwih pada era new normal, serta menentukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat melalui analisis SWOT dalam meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan pada era new normal. Peneliti menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif sebagai desain penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan manajemen operasional pengelolaan daya tarik wisata Jatiluwih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukannya tantangan yang sedang dihadapi oleh DTW Jatiluwih dan menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan pada masa era new normal.
