We, its authors propose a method which makes a rover a manipulator and obtain the absolute position information of the manipulator in a hand to perform positioning according to its position. In our experiment, we obtained the absolute position information of a QZSS rover grasped by a user's hand. Next, we were able to perform positioning operations on a display screen according to the QZSS rover's movement. Firstly, the system locates and detects the position of the iris by the YOLO based deep-learning detector, and then it strengthens the iris features by histogram equalization. Finally, the iris image is classified by the VGG-16 based model. By the self-made near infrared (NIR) database, the proposed deep-learning based design achieves the recognition accuracies up to 98% at the mode with intruders. Besides the performances of false acceptance rate (FAR) and false rejection rate (FRR) are also evaluated. Besides, efficient compression scheme forms an inevitable part for multimedia communication systems. We select block compressed sensing for compressing color images, and then transmit compressed media over binary symmetric channels. Color planes in the color images are highly correlated. We expect to look for schemes to utilize the correlations with multiple description coding and polar codes. Experimental results have presented the enhancements under different channel conditions. However, a lot of students find difficulty due to formality in programming. To assist self-studies, we have developed C programming learning assistant system (CPLAS) by extending works of JPLAS for Java. In this paper, we study the grammar-concept understanding problem (GUP) in CPLAS for the first-step study of novice students. A GUP instance has a source code and a set of questions on grammar concepts in the code, where the answer is a keyword. The correctness is marked through string matching. We select the keywords and the questions with the definitions for GUP. For evaluations, we generate 12 GUP instances and assign them to 75 undergraduate students in Japan and Myanmar. In this study, a word intelligibility test was conducted to examine the effects of sound reproduction methods and word familiarity on the ability to listen to competing words. Elderly non-fallers and multiple fallers were classified using machine-learning of the MDR data. This paper demonstrates a deep learning (YOLO model) background, realtime object detection system implemented on mixed reality device. The goal of the system is to create a real-time communication system between HoloLens and Ubuntu systems to enable real-time object detection using the YOLO model. The experimental results show that the proposed method has a fast speed to achieve real-time object detection using HoloLens. This enables Microsoft HoloLens as a device for robot vision. The prototype service is to investigate whether it is possible to alter a customer's interest in the target store by displaying advertisements of alternative stores while guiding the customer to the target store. Behavioral economics theory suggests that people generally do not choose those stores when multiple alternative stores other than the intended target store are advertised at the same time. Therefore, when approaching the actual store, displaying the advertisement for an alternative store makes the store more attractive and increases the possibility of its selection.
