Method: Quasi-experimental research design with Non-randomized one group pretest and posttest design. It aims to determine the effect before and after administration of green coconut water to dysmenorrhea pain. Sampling using proposive sampling technique with 30 respondents. Results: Statistical test with data analysis using Shapiro-Wilk and Wilcoxon with significance (p <0.05) and significant value of 0.000 Pvalue, thus Ho was rejected. Conclusions and Recommendations: There is an effect of giving green coconut water to dysmenorrhea pain in adolescents, researchers suggest that adolescents who experience menstrual pain to consume green young coconut water on menstruation the first day.","PeriodicalId":274746,"journal":{"name":"Indonesian Journal of Health Development","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128701309","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The work environment can affect the nutritional status and employee intake. Poor health conditions can affect employee productivity. One of the health problems is the metabolic syndrome in Jakarta executive employees is quite large to reach 21.58%. High nutrient intake and obesity are among the factors triggering the accumulation of the disease into metabolic syndrome. This study aims to analyse relationship macronutrient and nutritional status (BMI) with metabolic syndrome in employees of Mining Company. Method: Cross-sectional studi with a purposive sampling involving 62 employees. Data were collected from food recall 24 hours interview via chat and medical check-up. Result: The result is the incidence of metabolic syndrome criteria were 4 employees. There were not relationship between carbohydrate (p=0,404), protein (p=0,404), fat (p=285), and nutritional status (BMI) (p=0,426) with metabolic syndrome. WHO recommends giving good and nutritious MP-ASI, by categorizing it according to age, texture, number and frequency. This study aims to analyze the relationship of complementary feeding patterns (MP-ASI) with the nutritional status of children in the Suradita Community Health Center in Tangerang Regency. This study used a cross sectional design with 90 participants through a purposive sampling method. Data collection used questionnaire pattern of giving MP-ASI which has been tested for validity and reliability. Statistical test results with 95% confidence intervals indicate that a p-value of 0.007 means that there is a significant relationship between the pattern of giving MP-ASI and nutritional status with an odds ratio (OR) of 4.960 which means that children given with a correct MP-ASI pattern is 4,960 times have higher chance of having a normal nutritional status compared to children who are not given a correct MP-ASI pattern. Researcher suggest in subsequent studies to measure the energy consumed by children to be able to measure MP-ASI pattern more specific Researchers suggest in subsequent studies to measure also a lot of energy consumed by children, so that the measurement of the MP-ASI pattern becomes more specific.","PeriodicalId":274746,"journal":{"name":"Indonesian Journal of Health Development","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116536359","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Diabetes melitus tipe 2 dapat dikontrol dengan terapi nonfarmakologis relaksasi autogenik. Relaksasi Autogenik adalah teknik yang memungkinkan seseorang untuk memperlambat pikiran dan tubuh yang menurunkan detak jantung seseorang, memperlambat system pernapasan, membiarkan darah mengalir lebih mudah melalui tubuh dan meningkatkan fungsi system kekebalan tubuh (Singh, et al, 2018).Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi relaksasi autogenik terhadap kadar gula darah pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2 di Puskesmas Pancoran Mas Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Quasi Experiment dengan rancangan Pretest dan Posttest non equivalent control group. Pengumpulan sampel peneliti menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 26 responden. Berdasarkan uji parametric T-test pada kelompok intervensi menunjukkan nilai yang signifikan antara pre-post sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Pada kelompok kontrol menunjukkan nilai yang tidak signifikan pada pre-post sebesar 0,570 (p>0,05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh terhadap kadar gula darah dan perbedaan yang bermakna sebelum dan sesudah pemberian relaksasi autogenik. Peneliti menyarankan hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan masukan bagi dunia keperawatan dan dapat digunakan sebagai pengobatan nonfarmakologi bagi penderita diabetes melitus tipe 2. \u0000 ","PeriodicalId":274746,"journal":{"name":"Indonesian Journal of Health Development","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121516326","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
