This system combines an area based substitution and multiple watermarking scheme using Region of Interest, stream cipher method with a symmetric key, and fingerprint verification algorithm by minutiae matching. Another important problem is maintaining various details of a patient. For example, personnel details, diagnosis results, X ray images are kept and transferred online individually. The time can be saved by combining different documents of a patient to one using encryption and watermarking. The basic requirements of teleradiology includes availability, confidentiality, and reliability, so, just an approved individual can get to one’s information, ensure access to one’s medical data, demonstrate that data isn’t changed by unapproved people, and data of its connection relate with single patient. To guarantee all these, teleradiology needs watermarking for support and transmission of medical data effectively. Privacy is accomplished by finerprint acknowledgment framework which is a typical biometric confirmation system.","PeriodicalId":274708,"journal":{"name":"2018 3rd International Conference on Communication and Electronics Systems (ICCES)","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115429965","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The antenna consists of step slotted radiating monopole with partial ground plane. The step slotted radiator modifies the surface current length path thus making the antenna to exhibit wide bandwidth operation. The antenna has a fractional bandwidth of 62.77% (2.82–5.4GHz) radiation efficiency greater than 88% and acceptable gain over the entire operating range. The antenna is intended to be used for lower WiMAX (2.8GHz), middle WiMAX (3.5GHz), C-band (4.4GHz), WLAN (5.2GHz) and higher WiMAX (5.4GHz).","PeriodicalId":274708,"journal":{"name":"2018 3rd International Conference on Communication and Electronics Systems (ICCES)","volume":"131 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115617426","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To demonstrate the performance of the flipflop, we have implemented the Ripple and Johnson counters at 45 nm technology using MOS CML flipflop as well as conventional NAND based flipflop. The comparison shows that the Ripple counter implemented using MOS CML D-flipflops has 29.25% lesser power consumption compared to that implemented using the conventional NAND-based D-flipflops. The microarray technology allows the instantaneous observing of thousands of genes expressions in a single experiment that motivates the development of cancer classification. The major issue in microarray data is the high dimensionality problem, which happens due to great amount of genes existing when associated with fewer amounts of samples. In this paper, combination of dimensionality reduction technique and Wavelets are used to extract the informative genes from the dataset. The Principal Component Analysis (PCA) technique will reduce the dimension of the dataset, and then followed by the Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) will extract the most informative genes and those genes are forwarded to the classifiers namely k Nearest Neighbor (kNN) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifiers for classification. The proposed method is applied on the two widely accessible microarray datasets. Investigational outcomes show that the PCA and DWT constructed gene selection technique achieves high classification accuracy when compared with the conventional methods.","PeriodicalId":274708,"journal":{"name":"2018 3rd International Conference on Communication and Electronics Systems (ICCES)","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127287214","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It’s said that life run on wheels as today automobiles are an important part in running the world. As technology has advanced the two wheelers and four wheelers have become an easy mode of transportation for every household. Due to this, fuel consumption has increased beyond its limit usage and we are facing a situation where we have to think about the sustainability of our future generation. These wheels need to run on energy source other than the conventional fuels. Solar energy is greater source of non-renewable energy. We can harness the solar energy to run the vehicles. In this paper our main objective is to create a prototype of a solar based vehicle which is a tricycle. The solar vehicle can be a cost effective and environment friendly solution for daily usage of mode of transportation.
