Oral and dental health can be achieved by implementing clean and healthy living behaviors (PHBS) oral hygiene such as brushing your teeth properly and being able to keep your toothbrush clean. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge of young children regarding the practice of maintaining oral and dental health. The method of activity that the author uses is in the form of counseling and mentoring with lecture methods, discussions, and demonstrations on how to brush your teeth properly and correctly. This activity was attended by 16 participants. The player is accompanied by the teacher to fill out the questionnaire. The results of the questionnaire showed that almost of the PKM participants had not properly implemented the behavior of maintaining oral and dental hygiene. The purpose of this activity is to produce the intellectual products from the Faculty of Pharmacy UNHAS, especially Hand sanitizer and Disinfectant products, so that the Center of Excellence of the Faculty of Pharmacy UNHAS (CoE-FFUH) would become an independent business unit that able to support UNHAS' role as PTNBH. The specific target for this first year is the initiation of the development of a production unit of hand sanitizer and disinfectant products at CoE-FFUH. The initiation consists of the determination of documents for the production process, determination of product packaging material and designs, and also pilot-scale production for limited sales. The use of various types of drugs in high doses causes various negative impacts for adolescents such as damage to the central nervous system, seizure disorders due to respiratory and heart muscle spasms, dehydration, heart attacks, and even a worse effect that cause death. In the residential environment, formal and non-formal figures are expected to participate actively in fostering and providing guidance and direction to young people. This outreach activity was carried out among teenagers so that they know and were aware of the consequences of drug abuse. This activity was expected to increase adolescent knowledge about illegal drugs. Given its bright future prospects, pharmacy is a popular field of study. A pharmacist may work in the industrial sector; according to Ministry of Health data from 2019, Indonesia had up to 230 industry pharmaceuticals. The rise of Indonesia's pharmaceutical industry will require a huge number of employees, especially experienced pharmaceutical professionals. Unfortunately, the results of tracer studies for Pharmacy graduates from the University of Mataram who work in the industrial sector are still quite low. According to a similar survey, a lack of interest in pharmaceutical graduates can be related to a lack of knowledge about the pharmaceutical industry. The purpose of this community service activity is to encourage pharmacy students to work in the pharmaceutical industry. Service activities can be carried out in three stages: preparation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The results of the activity showed that the participants were enthusiastic about the program, as seen in the way they engaged in asking questions and responding to the question from the committee. The result of the evaluation revealed that 93.2% of the participants planned to work in the pharmaceutical industry. Khadijah","doi":"10.29303/indra.v3i2.162","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.29303/indra.v3i2.162","url":null,"abstract":"The Clean and Healthy Life Behaviour Program (PHBS) is a community program designed to improve the health standard of the community starting from the closest aspect, namely in the family or household. The Clean and Healthy Life Behaviour Program (PHBS) household aspect has 10 main indicators that must be implemented. The East Lombok Regency has a percentage of 47.88% in implementing PHBS, in other words PHBS in the area is still low. Because of the low implementation rate, it is necessary to carry out counselling on PHBS with the aim of knowing the community of Sembalun Timba Gading Village’s understanding regarding PHBS. The method used in this study is observation related to sanitation problems in Sembalun Timba Gading Village, distributing questionnaires, and conducting counseling. Based on the results of filling out the questionnaire, it was found that the implementation rate of child delivery that is assisted by health workers is (100%); using clean water (100%); healthy latrines (100%), exclusive breastfeeding (85%); weighing the baby every month (80%); washing hands with soap (80%); eradicating mosquito larvae (85%); consuming fruit and vegetables (40%); not smoking (45%); and doing physical activity everyday is 65%. Swamedikasi biasanya digunakan untuk mengatasi keluhan-keluhan penyakit ringan yang banyak dialami masayarakat, seperti demam, nyeri, pusing, batuk, influenza, sakit maag, diare, penyakit kulit. Swamedikasi dilakukan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan keterjangkauan pengobatan. Pengobatan yang tidak rasional kerap terjadi pada swamedikasi. Hasil survei pendahuluan pada masyarakat dusun Balekuwu tentang penggunaan obat, masyarakat pada umumnya mengatasi penyakitnya dengan mengobati sendiri karena pengaruh iklan atau meniru teman, keluarga atau tetangga. Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Kesehatan telah mencanangkan Gerakan Masyarakat Cerdas Menggunakan Obat (Gema Cermat). Kegiatan pengabdian Gema Cermat dilakukan kepada masyarakat Dusun Balekuwu, Desa Gunungsari, Kecamatan Gunungsari, Lombok Barat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode sosialisasi secara tatap muka (face-to-face) kepada masyarakat di Dusun Balekuwu.
