Almost 50-90% of pregnant women experience nausea and vomiting in the first trimester. One of the pharmacological methods that can be used to treat nausea and vomiting in pregnancy is to consume pyridoxine (vitamin B6) and non-pharmacological among them is to consume Ambon banana (Musa paradisiaca) which contains lots of flavonoids and vitamin B6 which is able to overcome nausea and vomiting in pregnancy.The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of giving Ambon bananas and vitamin B6 in reducing the intensity of nausea and vomiting in first trimester pregnant women at the Lina Hinai Kiri Secanggang Clinic.This research method uses Quasi Experimental research with a cross sectional research design. Data analysis was performed with two independent mean difference test. The research design was used with Two Group Only Post Test Design. The sample technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique and as a sample in this study were pregnant women in the 1st trimester who experienced nausea and vomiting and who came to check their pregnancy at the Lina Hinai Kiri Clinic, Secanggang District as many as 30 people.The results showed that the effectiveness of giving Ambon bananas with Vitamin B6 in reducing the intensity of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women. The table above shows that the frequency of nausea and vomiting in the ambon banana group of all respondents is in the effective category. One of the nutrients needed is iron, this substance plays an important role in the process of neurotransmitter synthesis and myelination of neurons. Therefore, children who experience stunting have a 2.7 times greater risk of experiencing anemia. The method used is quantitative analytic, with a cross sectional design. The sample is 25 toddlers using non-probability sampling technique. Instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data obtained are primary data and based on measurement scale variables using interval, ordinal, and nominal, then the data analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis using the Chi-square test which is processed using SPSS 25. A rhesus positive by 36%. The most gender is male by 76%. The respondent's height is more dominantly short by 56%. The respondent's body weight is more dominantly normal by 72%. The most common age group is the range of 35 months by 28%. The most dominant educational status of parents is secondary education by 56%. The job status of the respondent's father is mostly laborer (40%) and the respondent's mother is a housewife (92%). Based on family income per month, the most respondents are income of Rp. 1,900,000 month, with a percentage of 80%. The results of the Chi Square Test showed that the P value was 0.0891 so it was found that the H0 value was rejected because the p value was 0.005, which means that there is no relationship between hemoglobin levels and the incidence of stunting growth in toddlers in Ngalang Village, Gunung Kidul. The low knowledge and level of education of women of childbearing age leads to low coverage of long-term contraceptives. ¨KOPIKu ̈ application is an android-based application that contains various contraceptive methods that are divided according to needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of ¨KOPIKu ̈ application on the knowledge of pregnant women in the 3rd trimester about IUD contraception. The subjects of the study were 3rd trimester pregnant women who had never used an IUD in the work area of the Karanganyar Health Center in Tasikmalaya City as many as 35 people. The research design used was a pre-post test design without control with influence analysis using a T-test. The results of the analysis of the average knowledge of respondents before being given the application were 52.63 while the average knowledge after being given the application was 84.40 and the results of the T test obtained a p value of <0.05. Hipnosis klinik adalah suatu ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang sudah lama digunakan dalam dunia kesehatan, dan saat ini berkembang pesat karena banyak orang yang membutuhkan. Hal ini disebabkan kondisi stres dalam menghadapi perubahan yang sangat cepat pada proses persalinan. Hipnosis klinik mempunyai tujuan sebagai upaya promosi, prevensi, terapi dan rehabilitasi (Kusuma, et al, 2009). \u0000Penelitian ini bersifat Study Kolerasi dengan metode cross sectional. Sumber data dalam data ini adalah data primer dan sekunder yang diukur dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner dan dianalisa dengan teknik chi-square dengan menggunkan program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) dengan sampel 30 orang. \u0000 Berdasarkan tabel hasil penelitian hubungan pengetahuan dengan sikap Ibu Bersalin tentang Metode Hypnobirthing pada Nyeri Persalinan, maka diperoleh hasil dari tabel uji Chi-square pada kolom Asymp.Sig. (2-Sided) menunjukkan nilai probabilitas. Nilai Sig-nya adalah 0,001 yang berarti bahwa nilai (p<0,05) dan nilai x2 hitung = 18,261 yang berarti nilai x2 hitung lebih besar dari x2 tabel diketahui nilai x2 tabel = 5,991 dengan df = 2 dan taraf signifikan 0,05. \u0000Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Hubungan pengetahuan dengan sikap Ibu Bersalin tentang Metode Hypnobirthing pada Nyeri Persalinan di Klinik Pratama Anugrah Tahun 2022. Dilihat dari Uji Chi-Square diperoleh nilai p < 0,05, dengan nilai probilitas 0,001. Proses ini sangat penting karena cepat atau lambat bisa terjadi pendarahan. Senam nifas adalah serangkaian gerakan tubuh yang dilakukan setelah melahirkan untuk memulihkan dan mempertahankan ketegangan otot yang berhubungan dengan kehamilan dan persalinan. Manfaat melakukan senam nifas adalah memulihkan kekuatan otot-otot dasar panggul, mengencangkan otot-otot dinding perut dan perineum, membentuk sikap tubuh yang baik dan mencegah terjadinya komplikasi. \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas senam nifas terhadap involusi uteri pada ibu nifas di BPM Rosita Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan Quasieksperimental menggunakan kelompok kontrol dengan metode two group pre test dan post test design. Penelitian ini dilakukan di BPM Rosita Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu nifas di BPM Rosita Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 10 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling. Dimana 5 responden diberikan perlakuan dan 5 responden sebagai kelompok kontrol. Analisis data dilakukan dengan komputerisasi univariat dan bivariat menggunakan Mann Whitney. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata TFU ibu yang melakukan senam nifas mengalami penurunan sebesar 8,52 cm. Rata-rata TFU ibu yang tidak melakukan senam nifas mengalami penurunan sebesar 7,36 cm. Ada efektivitas senam nifas terhadap involusi uteri pada ibu nifas di wilayah kerja BPM Rosita Pekanbaru (p = 0,009). Panggabean, Sherly Mutiara, Desi Ramadhaniati","doi":"10.52943/jikebi.v8i2.1100","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.52943/jikebi.v8i2.1100","url":null,"abstract":"Bersumber dari data Unicef >97% remaja putri menggunakan pembalut sekali pakai dan 5,2 juta remaja putri sering mengalami keluhan saat menstruasi yaitu pruritus vulva. bersumber dari data statistik di Indonesia dari 69.4 juta remaja di Indonesia terdapat sebanyak 63 juta remaja memiliki perilaku hygiene yang sangat buruk akibat kurangnya tindakan merawat kesehatan organ kewanitaannya pada saat menstruasi. Perilaku yang kurang dalam merawat organ kewanitaan sejumlah 30% yang disebabkan area sanitasi yang buruk dan 70% diakibatkan oleh penggunaan pembalut yang kurang tepat ketika menstruasi dan kurangnya dalam menjaga hygiene menstruasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Teknik sampling yaitu Non- Probability Sampling dengan teknik Purposive sampling. Sampel sebanyak 40 siswi SMPN 10 Batam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari 40 siswi kelas 7 di SMPN 10 Batam tahun 2022 yang mengalami kejadian pruritus vulva sebanyak 33 responden (82,5%) dengan kategori pruritus vulva sedang. Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian Chi-Square Test hubungan antara usia siswi dengan kejadian pruritus vulva diperoleh p=0.177. Hubungan antara uang saku siswi dengan kejadian pruritus vulva diperoleh p=0.367. Hubungan antara pengetahuan siswi dengan kejadian pruritus vulva diperoleh p=0.005. Data collection techniques include primary data including physical examination, interviews, observation and secondary data, including documentation and literature study. Data analysis is done by making a narrative from the results of interviews and examinations using Varney's 7 steps. Midwifery care in the case of Mrs. \"N\" is women pregnancy with problom back pain using Varney's management principles, and from the care provided discussed differences and gaps between theory and practice. This study's goal was to assess SMA N 4 Batam's level of familiarity with using the Internet to look up information on reproductive health. Design of research is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling, that is high school teenagers who have smartphones as many as 92 people. The measurement technique is by asking 25 questions about knowledge. The results of the study, it is known that most of the adolescents knowledge about reproductive health is good, namely 39 respondents (42.4%) and for internet access, which is >5 times/day with 47 respondents (51.1%). Pneumonia is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in children under five. Every year more than 2 million children in the world die from pneumonia and most (99%) occur in developing and least developed countries. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of providing health education using calendar media in increasing mother's knowledge in early detection of pneumonia in children under five in Secanggang Village, Kab. Langkat. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental research design with \"one group pretest and posttest control group design\". The population of this research is mothers who have toddlers who live in Secanggang Village totaling 98 mothers. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, with a total of 40 people, namely 20 experimental samples and 20 control samples. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between mother's knowledge in early detection of pneumonia in toddlers between those who were given health education with calendar media and without calendar media, the p-value was 0.031. Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy affect up to 10% of pregnancies worldwide, which includes the 3%–5% of all pregnancies complicated by preeclampsia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the combination of hydrotherapy and the inhalation method of neroli aromatherapy on reducing blood pressure in pregnant women. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pre-test and post-test design approach. The sample involved was 16 people who were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using the paired T-Test. The results showed that there was an effect of the combination of hydrotherapy and the inhalation method of neroli aromatherapy on reducing systolic and diastolic blood pressure in pregnant women.
