XYZ is a marine cargo expedition company engaged in cargo transportation services, shipping and sea distributors. This study aims to measure employee performance of PT. XYZ using Human Resources Scorecard (HRSC) method where the measurement system is based on 4 perspectives which include financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth perspective. The weighting method using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results can be concluded that the financial perspective performance is 3.62, the customer perspective performance is 4, the internal business process perspective performance is 4, and the learning and growth perspective performance is 3.87. Comprehensively, human resource performance is 3.78 (high). In collaboration with DPRD Jawa Barat, the research leverages Scrum methodology, social network features, and a microservice architecture to create an efficient communication platform between citizens and governmental bodies. The backend of the application, developed using the Go programming language, adopts a microservice architecture to enhance scalability and maintainability. The Scrum methodology facilitates an agile development process, ensuring adaptability to changing requirements and fostering continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the study explores the incorporation of social network features to encourage public engagement within the application. This integration allows citizens to connect, share, and discuss public issues, further enhancing the collaborative nature of the reporting platform. To ensure the seamless functionality of the microservices, API testing is employed, validating the reliability and consistency of the application's interfaces. Stress testing is also conducted to assess scalability and performance capabilities, identifying potential optimizations for the system's responsiveness under varying levels of load. In conclusion, this research presents an innovative solution for public issue reporting that combines microservice architecture, Scrum methodology, and social network features. The value that goes up and down every time is not easy to predict using logic. This is a problem for investors, besides that investors lack knowledge about the direction of crypto money movement. In addition, there is no system that can predict the price of Bitcoin, so this can cause investors to take the wrong steps in transactions and can cause losses. To avoid this risk, a system is needed that can predict bitcoin prices using data mining techniques, namely forecasting, the algorithms used are CNN and LSTM. The data used is Bitcoin closing price data from January 1, 2017, to April 26, 2023. The data is divided into 80% training data and 20% testing data. The prediction results are evaluated using MAPE which gets a MAPE value of 0.037 or 3.7% in the CNN algorithm, while the LSTM algorithm gets a value of 0.065 or 6.5%. Borg & Gall and ADDIE models. The Borg & Gall model and ADDIE are two teaching models used in colleges and universities. ADDIE stands for Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. In the Borg & Gall model, the steps taken are research and information. Research and information is used to collect information about the need for learning evaluation instruments for learning media development courses for students. In the ADDIE model the steps taken are the same as the original which includes aspects of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Thus, what is needed in this development is a reference about the product procedure to be developed. The description of the development model of Borg and Gall, described as follows; Educational research and development (R&D) is the process used to develop and validate educational products. The methodology of this research consists of designing the integration of solar panels with Arduino components that are assembled integrated on the physical bench. In the analysis phase, measurements of solar energy production were conducted under various light and weather conditions. The performance of the system in battery charging and fulfillment of energy needs was evaluated. Environmental data from Arduino sensors were analyzed to illustrate the effect of environmental conditions on system operation. The results showed that the solar bench produced higher energy during daytime and reduced during nighttime conditions. The system can supply energy for purposes such as lighting and charging electronic devices. The voltage and current data at night show inefficiency in charging the solar panel, while the cell phone charger condition works as long as the battery is above 15%. In addition, environmental analysis through Arduino sensors revealed a correlation between light intensity and energy production and usage. These findings can be used to optimize the operation of the smart bench system based on changing environmental conditions. Many customers give complaints because the number of products sent by the company does not match the desired amount. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of the ERP system on company performance, and the indirect effect of the ERP system on company performance mediated by supplier integration, internal integration, and customer integration. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all employees at PT Sumber Graha Sejahtera, Way Kanan, Lampung, totaling 340 people. The sample size was calculated using the Yamane and Isaac formula which resulted in 184 employees. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study show that ERP has a direct, significant effect on firm performance. In addition, ERP has no significant effect on firm performance through supplier integration, internal integration and customer integration. PT Sumber Graha Sejahtera must improve the management of management resources well, increase performance improvement, and build business innovation, so that corporate decision making can be effective for all related parties. Our solution uses the Apriori algorithm to find common itemsets of balanced reactions and translates unbalanced equations into machine-readable language.
