Viscosity of the lubricant controls the film thickness established during an operation. In the present work, an ultrasonic method has been used to measure the viscosity profile around an operating journal bearing. The reflection coefficient profile around the journal was established. A transducer was mounted inside the hollow shaft and the signal passed through slip rings. The journal bearing was run at a series of loads and rotational speeds. The transducer continuously pulsed and received as it swept around the bush circumference. This has enabled the viscosity profile to be established. To solve those questions, an improved design method was put forward. In this paper, rectangle linked photoelectric detector with low noise and high response was used to design optics detection system in new PDT, and analyze design principle. Base on selected detector, adjustable active slit diaphragm was adopted to eliminate the influence of background light, and use self-adjusting mode to control slit window. In this paper, based on the model of EF, ecological footprints(EF)and ecological capacities(EC) are calculated from 1996 to 2005 in Huaibei. The results show that EF per capital increases from 1.7790 hectare in 1996 to 5.1204 hectare in 2005 by the annual rate of 18.78%. Meantime, EC per capital slightly decreases from 0.3647 hectare in 1996 to 0.3122 hectare in 2005 by the annual rate of 1.44%. According to GM(1,1) predictions, by the time of 2010, EF per capital will have arrived at 7.4619 hectare. However, EC per capital will drop by the annual rate of 1.43. It is concluded that ecological deficits (ED) of Huaibei will continue enlarging in the future five years. Further, among six types of land area, fossil energy land caused mostly by coal mining is the main reason of highly ED. The results showed that the stability of stope structure with the size increasing of ore pillar of reconstructed mining environment had some rules as follow: 1) The maximum value of tensile stress and vertical displacement of roof structure decreased gradually, and stress conditions had been improved. 2) Most part of the four size ore pillars's von mises equivalent stress value was less than the ore-rock uniaxial compressive strength. 3) When the size changed within a certain range, it was not too much significance to reduce the tensile stress area and vertical displacement of roof by increasing its size. In this paper, the concern is not only detecting and differentiating whether an object is moving or non-moving, but also, classifying grouping objects and speed changing objects as suspicious moving objects. A background subtraction technique has been employed in this work as it is able to provide complete silhouettes of the moving objects. However, it is extremely sensitive to dynamic changes such as change of illumination. The detected foreground pixels usually contain noise. These noises are filtered by a median filter. The classification algorithm makes use of the area of objects to determine whether it is a group or single moving object. Furthermore, the detection of speed changes makes use of the centroid location of each object, and it is calculated by the distance where the centroid has moved across the frames. As DVB-S2 system uses very long code length and multiple code modes, full compatible BCH decoder is high area cost. In order to reduce the area cost of the full compatible DVB-S2 BCH decoder, we have modified the VLSI implementation of Berlekamp Massey Algorithm for key equation solver which is the main part of BCH decoder, rebuilt the Galois Filed Multiplications including the constant Galois Field Multiplications and the general Galois Field Multiplications. In order to support all the code modes and Adaptive Coded Modulation, a novel duo-pipeline reconfigurable architecture have been proposed, which can support code mode switching without stalling the symbol stream. We have implemented the decoder with verilog HDL, and have evaluated it by FPGA platform and ASIC library.
