Filletti","doi":"10.55977/etsjournal.v01i01.e024004","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.55977/etsjournal.v01i01.e024004","url":null,"abstract":"Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) are mathematical models used in the computational area that act in an analogous way to the central nervous system of living beings, which possess the ability of acquiring knowledge in a technique called machine learning, allowing them to recognize patterns and stop numerous applications. Therefore, the objective was to develop Neural Networks capable of identifying aqueous solutions with Guar and Xanthan gums (widely used in the food industry) during the crossflow microfiltration process. The networks were trained in the supervised learning algorithms trainscg, trainlm and traingd, all in the 70/15/15 model, for a range of five to fifteen neurons in the hidden layer, whose datasets were found in the literature, referring to temperature, flow velocity, pressure, transmembrane flow rate, time and membrane pore size. The software used to implement the ANNs was MATLAB and the evaluation criteria consisted of the analysis of the parameters confusion matrix, error histogram,performance and ROC curve. Among these pathogens, Enterococcus faecium nosocomial has been highlighted due to its potential to cause bacteremia infections. The incidence of resistant Enterococcus faecium bacteremia has enhanced over time, thereby, it has caused high rates of mortality. Hence, it led to the interest in natural drugs. Plant extracts from the Myrtaceae family have a broad-spectrum antimicrobial action. Among the plants of this family, we can highlight cambuí, due to its wide variety of bioactive compounds such as phenolic compounds. Polyphenols are bioactive molecules that can inhibit the growth of resistant bacteria such as Enterococcus faecium. For this, the present study aimed to obtain bioactive extracts from cambuí using pressurized hot water to grow inhibition of multi-resistant Enterococcus faecium nosocomial. In the present study, antibacterial compounds were obtained after extraction kinetics over 120 minutes at a temperature of 50º C, a flow rate of 1 mL/min-1, and a constant pressure of 200 bar using water as the extraction solvent. Flavonoids and other phenolic compounds from cambuí extracts were quantified by spectrophotometric methods. The TSA using the well-diffusion method was used to verify the sensitivity of the bacterium Enterococcus faecium against cambuí aqueous extract. The results showed that the best extraction time was 60 minutes using 60 mL of water. As usinas fotovoltaicas oferecem benefícios significativos, por utilizarem uma fonte de energia renovável. Os objetivos deste artigo são analisar o planejamento anual da energia fotovoltaica residencial e remota-residencial do estado de São Paulo entre os anos 2018–2027 e verificar o desenvolvimento ao longo dos anos. Nesse contexto, foram avaliados os tipos de consumo existentes em habitações (residencial e remota-residencial) e a quantidade de adeptos anualmente de cada classe. As comparações foram feitas e foi possível observar que ocorreu um grande aumento no consumo de energia de origem fotovoltaica a partir do ano de 2020, e as previsões apontam que esse consumo tende a aumentar com o passar dos anos. Diante disso, fontes alternativas como o biodiesel vêm ganhando espaço na matriz energética mundial. Segundo a Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis (ANP), o Brasil é o 4º maior produtor de biodiesel do mundo, tendo ainda potencial de crescimento. Este trabalho tem como objetivo revisar a leitura e a evolução da geração do biodiesel brasileiro entre o período de 2012 a 2022, assim como apresentar as inovações e avanços científicos nessa área. Para a realização desta revisão literária, foram utilizados artigos e TCCs publicados em Websites, além de dados estatísticos do Governo Brasileiro e de empresas privadas. Sendo possível analisar o crescimento na produção do biodiesel, os benefícios de diferentes catalisadores e novas técnicas de transesterificação. Usually, aircraft with single or multiple rotors may suffer with such phenomenon, especially when large rotor diameter is applied, such as vertical take-off and landing aircrafts (VTOL) with or without tilt rotors. Depending on the cruise speed, the whirl-flutter influences the project of rotors, wings and pylons. With the advent of modern air mobility, a better understanding of such phenomenon, as well as the development of vibrational control techniques to increase the stability margins becomes important. Although smart materials, such as piezoceramics, are commonly applied to control aeroelastic phenomena, the application to whirl-flutter control remains uninvestigated. Thus, the present research proposes passive control technique based on the direct piezoelectric effect, in a unimorph and bimorph harvester configurations, observing its effect on the aeroelastic system’s behavior. As main result of the piezoelectric material presence, an increased the flutter speed is observed, improving the system’s stability. Mortar specimens containing finely ground glass (90-53 µm) until 15 wt% were evaluated for physical and mechanical properties. The mechanical test showed an increase of 97% (greater than the values found in the literature) in the axial compression strength of the samples containing glass due to the increased pozzolanic activity index caused by glass addition to mortar. The mechanical strength was relatively greater when the glass particle size was reduced (53-38µm). The pozzolanic activity was observed at advanced ages either, by Brazilian standardized tests or thermal reactions between water and calcium hydroxides. Scanning electron microscopy reinforced the hydrated-calcium silicates present after calcium hydroxide consumption, characteristic of pozzolanic materials. Os compostos utilizados foram clorofórmio, lecitina, progesterona, ivermectina e PMMA na fase orgânica e água e poliacetato de vinila (PVA) na fase aquosa. As NPs/P4 tiveram um diâmetro de 154,3 ± 0,1 nm e as NPs/IM 184,1 ± 0,1. A otimização desse diâmetro ocorreu por uma superfície de resposta de Box-Behnken.
