Agricultural logistics has gradually attracted people's attention, but there is still a big gap compared with developed countries, where narrow circulation channels, backward logistics technology, poor information and other factors are the main reasons for the unsalable agricultural products. In order to solve the problem of unsalable agricultural products in remote areas, this paper divides the area into several relatively concentrated areas according to the supply quantity of agricultural products and traffic conditions of each farmer in a certain area. The optimal location of distribution centers in poor mountainous areas can be reasonably selected through the method of gravity center and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, which can effectively reduce the transportation distance and save manpower, material resources and financial resources. Only by looking at the scores of all users and aiming to calculate the similarity of the normal recommendation algorithm, it is impossible to accurately reflect the user demand for the product. In order to eliminate these interferences, this research puts forward an algorithm based on degree centrality. The algorithm introduces the influence of the user in the similarity calculation, judges the influence according to the degree Centrality of the user's degree, and calculates the user's rating records on the target item for recommendation. Meanwhile, after the operation of Qi Shao HVDC project, due to the demand for power generation at the valley load of flood season is significant, the problem concerning consumption of new energy is further emphasized. This paper analyses the load characteristics and the output characteristics of wind power supply in Hunan Province, analyses the demand and capacity of peak shaving using the actual operation data of Hunan, and discusses the influence of new energy output and foreign power on the peak regulation of Hunan power grid. By constructing category center vectors and combining with the latent Dirichlet allocation model, a more discriminative dictionary is obtained, which can describe the relationship between topic and word well. Furthermore, an enhanced sparse representation of documents can be generated with a $L_{1/2}$ regularization in order to achive a good relationship between document and topic. Although previous work adopted some sparse spatio-temporal sampling schemes to jointly estimate signal's frequency and DOA, they are all under the assumption that the signals are narrowband. Different with existing methods, our proposed technique can deal with the case of sparse wideband signals which is based on array correlation matrix in frequency domain. Moreover, our method incorporates the merits of co-prime arrays that can increase the degrees of freedom (DOFs). In this chapter, we focus on the problem of image feature selection and similarity measurement in content-based image retrieval technology, and propose a regional similarity measurement method based on differentiation and location information by using large image plane position constraint. This method mainly includes the following two aspects. One is the feature selection method based on global feature differentiation; the other is the similarity measurement method based on location information. Finally, we use the idea of statistical sorting to synthesize the image matching strategy and similarity measurement criteria through the set of feature points in the hot area. The proposed method is verified on public face-aging datasets: FGNET and CADA-VS. Random linear network coding (RLNC) is an improved coding algorithm for wireless channel video streaming, which can improve the network throughput and network lifetime of mobile ad hoc network (MANET). In this paper, we study the characteristics of quadratic permutation polynomials (QPP) and RLNC by increasing the amount of available data to the users through the encode nodes. The paper proposes a quadratic permutation polynomials enhancement of a RLNC approach $mathrm{in}$ MANETs (QPP-RLNC). QPP-RLNC algorithm can better control the complexity of encoding/decoding and restore the original data. The performance of QPP-RLNC algorithm, such as coding overhead, decoding delay, packet loss probability and network throughput, was experimentally studied by using network simulation (NS2) software. Firstly, by analyzing the relative centers of Chinese characters' strokes, this technique can give a proper score for the standardization degree of a handwritten Chinese character. Secondly, by clustering handwritten strokes with K-means algorithm and calculating their penalty values, this technique can effectively recognize and correct the key defective strokes in handwritten Chinese characters.
