DEA is now one of the alternative instruments that is often used in measuring the performance of economic activity units. The indicator is technical efficiency. Tech-nical-efficiency is done by comparing the weights of inputs and outputs, not negative and universal. Assuming that each unit of economic activity will choose a weight that maximizes the efficiency ratio. The study was conducted on five Small-sized Enterprises (SE) samples in Sidoarjo Regency in December 2018. In conclusion, it is known that there were 3 units of economic activity that have carried out their production efficiency, and 2 are inefficient. Of the 3 units of economic activity that have carried out the production process efficiently, it turns out that not all of them can be used as a reference by inefficient units of economic activity.","PeriodicalId":269375,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 17 th International Symposium on Management (INSYMA 2020)","volume":"477 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122464561","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Tourists are becoming more familiar with using Online Travel Agent booking and leaving the traditional booking method. This study examined the antecedents of online information adoption behavior in travel booking. Four dimensions, namely source credibility, perceived risk, argument quality, and information usefulness, were analyzed to understand the consequences of tourists’ online information adoption behavior. A total of 200 valid data from the respondents within the age range of 18-60 years old was gathered for this research. The results from SEM-AMOS statistical analysis indicated that three dimensions of e-WOM source credibility had a positive impact on consumer’s perceived risk. Moreover, the perceived risk was also proven to have an impact on the consumer’s argument quality and information usefulness. Furthermore, these two variables had a positive impact on a consumer’s online information adoption.","PeriodicalId":269375,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 17 th International Symposium on Management (INSYMA 2020)","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114072485","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the efforts to encourage employee involvement in these practices is through human resource management policies. The policy is directed to motivate employees to share, create, and apply knowledge. In this article, the authors review it as a form of extrinsic motivation that has the potential to encourage social exchanges based on opportunism. The authors assume that Islamic banking should improve the quality of interpersonal relationships among employees based on the values of justice, integrity, trust, and honesty. Policies in human resource management (HRM) must also avoid practices that strengthen the value of individualism, materialism, and competition that tend to exploit employees. This study combines two models, i.e., UTAUT2 and D&M IS Success Model. An empirical study was conducted by distributing a questionnaire to 255 Respondents. Respondents of the study were students who live in Surabaya and use mobile banking. Non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling type was applied as the sampling technique. Data processing was conducted using SPSS 18 for Windows and Amos Graphic 21 for Windows and analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM).
