Salah satu faktor penyebab tingginnya kematian akibat henti jantung adalah terlambatnya pertolongan yang diberikan kepada korban segera setelah henti jantung. Mayoritas kasus henti jantung terjadi di pra-Rumah Sakit, mencapai 72%. Pengetahuan dan ketrampilan orang awam yang baik, meningkatkan angka kelangsungan hidup korban henti jantung sebelum mendapatkan penanganan lanjutan di Rumah Sakit. Relawan adalah orang atau tim yang paling sering menjumpai kejadian henti jantung dan korban tidak sadar ketika melakukan pencarian dan evakuasi korban. Tujuan dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan relawan bencana. Proses pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri dari edukasi dan praktik dengan materi bantuan hidup dasar. Perubahan kognitif sebelum dan sesudah edukasi dievaluasi menggunakan pertanyaan, dengan nilai rata-rata 35 menjadi 85. Peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti program edukasi bantuan hidup dasar. Pengabdian masyarakat dengan memberikan pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan relawan dalam memberikan pertolongan kepada korban tidak sadar. Tindak lanjut dari pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu membuat tim relawan kolaborasi dengan medis untuk menangani kasus medis diluar Rumah Sakit \u0000Kata kunci: bantuan hidup dasar; ketrampilan; pengetahuan; relawan bencana \u0000 IMPROVEMENT OF KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS BASIC LIFE ASSISTANCE IN DISASTER VOLUNTEERS \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000Victims of cardiac arrest can be experienced by anyone and at any time without knowing the scene. One of the factors causing the high death due to cardiac arrest is the late help given to victims immediately after cardiac arrest. The majority of cases of cardiac arrest occur in pre-hospital, reaching 72%. Good knowledge and skills of lay people, increase the survival rate of victims of cardiac arrest before getting further treatment at the Hospital. Volunteers are the people or teams that most often encounter cardiac arrest and the victim is unconscious when searching and evacuating victims. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge and skills of disaster volunteers. This community service process consists of education and practice with basic life support materials. Cognitive changes before and after education were evaluated using questions, with an average score of 35 to 85. Participants were very enthusiastic in participating in the basic life support education program. Community service by providing knowledge to improve volunteer skills in providing assistance to unconscious victims. Lingkungan sekolah yang bersih akan membantu pencapaian derajat kesehatan yang optimal sehingga individu menjadi produktif baik social maupun ekonomis. Salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh pada kondisi dan kebersihan lingkungan adalah sampah. Pengelolaan sampah yang tidak baik akan berdampak buruk pada kondisi lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Delapan dari 10 siswa SMA N 1 Bantul belum mengetahui tentang cara pengelolaan sampah dan dampak dari pengelolaan sampah bagi kesehatan. Tiga siswa terlihat membuang sampah tidak pada tempat yang telah disediakan. Pemahaman pengelolaan sampah perlu diberikan pada setiap individu sedini mungkin. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberikan edukasi menggunakan teknik ceramah dan konsultasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SMA N 1 Bantul tentang dampak pengelolaan sampah. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan hasil seluruh perserta tampak antusias dalam kegiatan yang dilakukan. Partisipan dapat dikatakan memahami tentang pengelolaan sampah yang dilihat dari hasil evaluasi yang telah dilakukan, seluruh siswa dapat menjawab soal evaluasi dari pelaksana. Understanding waste management needs to be given to every individual as early as possible. This community service provides education using lecture and consultation techniques to improve the understanding of students of SMA N 1 Bantul about the impact of waste management. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi kepada siswa disabilitas dan siswa regular yang masuk dalam sekolah inklusi dalam hal cuci tangan yang baik dan benar. Metode pelaksanaan dari pengabdian ini adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Perencanaan dimulai dari pemilihan masalah dan sasaran yang dilakukan pengabdian adalah siswa SD N 2 Bengkala kelas 1-6 sebanyak 56 orang siswa inklusi dan reguler. Pelaksanaan dimulai dari pembuatan wastafel cuci tangan kemudian memberikan informasi teknik cuci tangan yang benar dan waktu cuci tangan yang baik. Setelah itu melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi. Ditemukan bahwa siswa mulai perlahan mengalami perubahan kebiasaan, dimana siswa selalu mencuci tangan setiap sebelum dan sesudah masuk kelas dan makan sesuatu. Selain itu teknik cuci tangan yang dilakukan sudah sesuai dengan anjuran WHO. Kesimpulannya bahwa pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini efektif dilakukan untuk mengubah kebiasaan siswa dan perilaku siswa untuk melakukan cuci tangan yang baik dan benar. \u0000Kata kunci: cuci tangan; inklusi; sekolah dasar \u0000WASHING WITH SIX STEPS FOR INCLUSION STUDENTS IN SD NEGERI 2 BENGKALA BALI \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000Washing hands is an important thing to do in daily life to maintain cleanliness. No exception for elementary school students with disabilities. The purpose of this community service is to provide information to students with disabilities and regular students who enter the inclusive school in terms of good and proper hand washing. The method of implementation of this service is planning, implementation and evaluation. Planning starts from the selection of problems and the objectives of the service are 56 elementary school students in Bengkala 2 nd grade 4.5 and 6 as many as inclusive and regular students. The implementation starts from making a hand wash sink and then provides information on proper hand washing techniques and good hand washing time. After that, monitoring and evaluation. It was found that students began to slowly change habits, where students always wash their hands before and after class and eat something. In addition, hand washing techniques are carried out in accordance with WHO recommendations. Tista Village already has a Garbage Bank which is headquartered at the Village Office, but it has not been utilized properly by the community. The purpose of this community service activity is knowledge and attitudes regarding PKK waste management as a waste bank agent and the implementation of the Waste Bank program in Tista Village. The community service activity carried out was to provide training on the implementation of the waste bank with the method of lectures, discussions, demonstration, and focus group discussions attended by 35 PKK cadres. Methods of using data using a questionnaire given before and after training. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test with a confidence level of 95%.
