Promising in this regard are studies on the development of medicines based on plant resources, which are characterized by structural diversity, multifunctionality of pharmacological action and low toxicity. The purpose of the research was to develop the liposomal drug Phitosomin, study its pharmacological and toxicological properties and substantiate the eff ectiveness of its use in poultry farming. Biopharmaceutical research has been carried out to develop a liposomal drug for veterinary use with a multifunctional pharmacological eff ect. The component composition of the drug Phitosomin represented by lecithin, dihydroquercetin, extracts of milk thistle, common agrimony and hare’s-ear, has been substantiated. A liposomal dosage form of the drug has been developed. Its physicochemical properties and shelf life have been established. The toxicological characteristics of the drug Phitosomin were studied, which made it possible to determine the degree of safety of its use in rearing of broiler chickens. Data were obtained experimentally on the pharmacological eff ects of Phitosomin on laboratory animals and broiler chickens when modeling various pathologies. The pharmacodynamic eff ect of the drug on blood parameters and productive traits of broiler chickens has been established, and the eff ective dose of its use in rearing broiler chickens has been determined. It was established as a result of the production inspection that when Phitosomin was introduced into the main diet of poultry of the experimental group at a dose of 5 g/kg of feed during the growth and finishing periods of feeding, there was an increase in the live weight of broiler chickens by 12,6 % and the livability of livestock by 1,6 abs.% compare with the control group.","PeriodicalId":268790,"journal":{"name":"Kormlenie sel'skohozjajstvennyh zhivotnyh i kormoproizvodstvo (Feeding of agricultural animals and feed production)","volume":"373 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140447926","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Currently, technology and technological means have been developed for processing cereal grains into easily digestible sugars and amino acids using elements of nanotechnology such as cavitation, ionization and fermentation. Technical documentation has been developed for this technology. The technology was introduced at the Berdskaya poultry farm LLC in the Novosibirsk region. A distinctive feature of this technology is that the resulting new glucose-maltose-amino acid feed additive, which has high digestibility and biological value. Easily digestible sugars: glucose, maltose and amino acids obtained using new technology at low temperatures are better digested and absorbed by the poultry’s body. The purpose of the work was to analyze the production and use of glucose-maltose-amino acid feed additive from cereal grains and its use in feeding of boiler chickens. Testing of the new feed additive was carried out at the Berdskaya poultry farm LLC on broiler chickens of the 4-line cross Sibiryak. It was found as a result of research of a new glucose-maltose-amino acid feed additive when feeding broiler chickens that its introduction into the diet of broiler chickens had a positive impact on economic performance. Thus, in the control group the profi t was 7919 rubles, and in the experimental group it was 10 034 rubles. The purpose of the research was to use the additives Living Protein and Tanrem Sh with hepatoprotective properties in the rations of lactating cows in the fi rst 100 days of lactation. The scientifi c and farm experiment was carried out at the breeding farm of Razliv LLC in the Kurgan region on 30 mature lactating cows of Black-and-White breed. The experiment was carried out in 2022–2023. New generation additives Living Protein and Tanrem Sh combining nutritional and hepatoprotective properties help increase milk production in the fi rst 100 days of lactation. Feeding the additives to lactating cows at 500 g/head/day contributed to an increase in milk production in the experimental groups compared to the control group. Thus, in the fi rst 100 days of lactation the milk yield of natural fat milk in cows of the 1st experimental group exceeded that of their herdmates in the control group by 310,0 kg or 11,75 % and the milk yield of cows of the 2nd experimental group was higher than the control group by 342,5 kg or 12,98 %. In terms of 4 % milk, the milk yield of cows in the experimental groups receiving the test additives was higher by 375,2 kg and 428,0 kg, which exceeded the milk yield of cows in the control group by 14,38 and 16,40 %, respectively. The inclusion of feed additives in the ration also had a positive eff ect on the fat and protein content in the milk of cows in the experimental groups. Thus, in the 1st experimental group the advantage in the mass fraction of fat compared to the control group was 0,16 abs.%, and protein 0,04 abs.%, and in the 2nd experimental group the superiority was 0,21 and 0,08 abs.%, respectively. The use of growth regulators alone without balanced mineral nutrition of agricultural plants does not give the desired results. Thus, due to lodging of plants we can lose from 10 to 50 % of the cultivated products. As a result, in the country as a whole the shortage of grain can reach up to 15 million tons, which negatively aff ects the production of food and feed grain. The introduction of new progressive technologies using retardants is highly relevant, because will allow us to obtain stable grain yields even under unfavorable weather conditions. The purpose of the research was to identify the effectiveness of using growth regulators with retardant properties of a new generation when growing winter wheat with diff erent seeding rates, as one of the elements of agricultural technology under the conditions of the Central region of the Non-Chernozem belt of the Russian Federation. Under the conditions of the Central region of the Non-Chernozem belt of the Russian Federation the infl uence of growth regulators with retardant properties of a new generation on the productivity of winter wheat variety Nemchinovskaya 17 and the degree of plant lodging was studied in a multifactorial experiment. Features of the growth and development of winter wheat plants of Nemchinovskaya 17 variety, the formation of the main structural indicators and yield under the infl uence of growth stimulants with retardant properties were revealed. It was established as a result of the conducted research that when cultivating winter wheat under the conditions of the Central region of the Non-Chernozem belt of the Russian Federation on sod-podzolic, medium loamy soils, it was recommended to use the growth regulator with retardant properties Raggi at a dose of 1,5 l/ha in the tillering phase – the beginning of booting with a working solution consumption of 300 l/ha. In terms of the variety of products produced, it has no equal among productive livestock farming sectors. Sheep farming produces valuable types of raw materials for light industry (wool, lamb pelt, fur, fur coats and leather sheepskins) and food products (meat, dairy products, etc.). The purpose of the research was to study the characteristics of metabolic processes in Romanov breed ewes during pregnancy and their off spring using succinic acid and propylene glycol, both separately and in its combination. In order to carry out the experiment, 3 groups of ewes analogues at the age of fi rst pregnancy per 10 heads in each were formed. Pregnant ewes of the 1st experimental group received the basic diet + succinic acid, and those of the 2nd experimental group received the basic diet + succinic acid + propylene glycol. The control group received only the basic diet. By 5 months of age the live weight of lambs obtained from ewes of the 1st experimental group was 1,1 % more than in the control group. The live weight of young animals from ewes of the 2nd experimental group exceeded the control by 9,5 % (p ≤ 0,05) and the 1st experimental group by 8,3 % (p ≤ 0,05), respectively. Thus, the study of the characteristics of metabolic processes in Romanov breed ewes during pregnancy and their off spring using succinic acid and propylene glycol, both separately and in its combination showed the positive effect of the tested additives. The best effect was exerted by the combined use of succinic acid and propylene glycol, which was confirmed by the results of a production test.","PeriodicalId":268790,"journal":{"name":"Kormlenie sel'skohozjajstvennyh zhivotnyh i kormoproizvodstvo (Feeding of agricultural animals and feed production)","volume":"20 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140505463","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For this reason, recently there has been a significant increase in scientific and practical interest in the use of feed additives that help not only increase the productivity of farm animals, but also improve their health. The purpose of the work was to study enterosorbent from a modifi ed glauconite concentrate in feeding young cattle. A study of glauconite from the Bondar deposit in the Tambov region as a feed additive in the ratrions of young cattle was carried out. New knowledge has been obtained about the sorption properties of this mineral, its eff ect on the absorption and excretion of various metals from the body of animals, including micro- and macronutrients, as well as metal pollutants. Safe eff ective doses of its introduction into animal rations have been determined. It was experimentally fed to older replacement young animals as part of a mono feed. It has been established that the use of enterosorbent based on a modifi ed glauconite concentrate in the ration of young cattle at a dose of 0,2 g/kg of live weight helped to remove nickel from the body of animals up to 60 %, and lead up to 36 % of the total amount, which on average was excreted in feces. The sorbent showed average effi ciency in relation to copper approximately 13 % of its amount is bound and excreted in feces. In this case, the mineral accumulated in the digestive tract of animals for 3–4 days. Under conditions of copper defi ciency in feed, sorbent retention promoted better absorption of inorganic forms of this nutrient consumed with mineral additives.","PeriodicalId":268790,"journal":{"name":"Kormlenie sel'skohozjajstvennyh zhivotnyh i kormoproizvodstvo (Feeding of agricultural animals and feed production)","volume":"71 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140505383","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
