The downstream flights may be delayed due to awaiting the aircraft and crew resources of the upstream flights or competing with delayed flights for the airport runway resource. Only one or the other of these two factors that may lead to flight delay propagation has been considered in existing studies. This paper presents a novel prediction model and corresponding algorithm of flight delay propagation, in which both the critical flight resources and the critical airport resources are considered, to overcome the limitations of existing prediction models. However, the straightforward implementations of MR do not scale for large image database, requiring either quadratic space and cubic pre-computation time, or slow response time on queries. We propose fast solutions to this problem, which exploit two important properties shared by many real graphs, i.e. linear correlations and block-wise community-like structure. We exploit the linearity by using low-rank matrix approximation and the community structure by graph partitioning, which is followed by the Sherman-Morrison lemma for matrix inversion. An optimal cluster-heads algorithm in this paper is proposed to improve the network performance. For the disability of calibrating measurement results of wheel alignment system, the theoretical errors based on the superposition principle are analyzed. Simulation results show that the errors are more than 0.4° whereas the common precision of wheel alignment system is 0.02°. Novel calibration model for caster and steering axle inclination (SAI) is presented according to independent generation principle in vertical plane and transverse plane of automobile. Method of calibration platform based on spherical kinetic pair is introduced, which achieves higher accuracy. The experimental results show that linear errors exist in the measurement of SAI and caster. Our study first creates the index system and uses this index system to filter the candidate service providers. We then use a class of fuzzy efficiency evaluation model to evaluate the online marketing of a real estate project. A major advantage of the method is that it allows managers to express their opinions on online marketing efficiency evaluation in linguistic variables rather than crisp values. After citing the conclusions of former researches, the author defined youth leadership as the capacity of leading members achieving common goals. By analysing youth development theories, a double level conceptual model has been constructed. The model consists of two level and seven dimensions. The two level are individual leadership and team leadership. The three dimensions of the individual leadership are: (1) self-confidence; (2) good learning skills; (3)critical thinking. Meanwhile, Kendall coefficient of concordance was used to exam the reliability of weight evaluation and Cronbach coefficients to make a consistent internal mathematical test of four-level elements. In this paper, the detection of sorption problem in hybrid maglev system is researched on, and a gap observer based on extended Kalman filter is designed to reduce the probability of inaccurate judgement of the sorption trend in hybrid maglev system. The evaluation model includes a server bus, a real-time operation monitoring modules, a evaluation of whole operation modules, a query modules of assessment information and a background database(contains an operating rules library, an operating information library, an evaluation Library and a temporary operating information library), uses flexible grammar rules and rational knowledge expression way to describe the equipment maintenance operation of the virtual rules and the relationship between them, forms the operating rules library. The operating information library-the core of the evaluation model, the real-time operation monitoring modules, the evaluation of whole operation modules and the query modules of assessment information communicate with the virtual maintenance operation system in front through the server bus.
