In doing so, it reveals challenges and opportunities for women's integration and finds new directions for future research. Recent academic studies have shown that women are still a growing minority in most Western military forces. The scientists also reported on the decision to increase the number of women in combat roles, as this could increase adverse experiences due to closer proximity to men in environments where there is little to no privacy. Conversely, scientific studies have shown that more egalitarian women reported significantly fewer incidents of sexual harassment. The key concept of cyber security, which previously included primarily technological tools, has now been expanded due to the concepts of virtual communication and virtual extremism. Human capital, as one of the factors of cybersecurity, becoming the object of information influence, can be just as susceptible to cyber attacks as information systems themselves. The essence of pedagogical diagnostics of the moral and psychological state, as well as the ideological and value orientations of the worldview are revealed. The potential of methodological approaches in relation to pedagogical diagnostics of the moral and psychological state of personnel is considered. Definitions of the concept and essence of the axiological, personal and competency-based approaches are given. The values that the citizens of Kazakhstan, including the military personnel of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan must have, are disclosed in more detail. In the course of revealing the personal approach in the pedagogical process, attention is paid to the concept of personality, which requires the leader to know the individual characteristics and moral and business qualities of military personnel. In the course of studying the competency-based approach within the framework of the moral and psychological support of service and combat activities of the Border Service of Kazakhstan, competencies are revealed that characterize a person as a subject of vital activity. In the field of linguistic research, it is proved in modern linguistic science that the study of the language of each people in combination with its past history, their socio-social environment, their interaction with other nations is the most rational way that allows us to obtain the necessary data from the history of language development. As a result of various historical ties between the Kazakh people and their historical neighbor in the East, a number of Chinese words entered the ancient Turkic language, and a number of Turkic words entered the ancient Chinese language. The author of the article also talks about the place of national history in society and its significance. The high level of students' ability to historical thinking is a social phenomenon that can be responsible for the viability and security of the state in the future.
