For the sake of the line maintenance staff's safety, the high voltage isolating switch draws great attention among the most important power devices because of its capability of connecting and disconnecting the high voltage circuit. However, due to high-voltage isolating switch's working environment, the power supply system of the surveillance devices could suffer from great electromagnetic interference. Laser power beaming exhibits its merits in such situation because it can provide steady power from a distance despite the day or the night. Then the energy conversion efficiency arises as a new concern. To make full use of the laser power, this paper mainly focuses on extracting the maximum power from the photovoltaic (PV) panel. And a neural network based algorithm is proposed which combines both the intrinsic and the extrinsic features of the PV panel with the proportion of the voltage of the maximum power point (MPP) to the open circuit voltage of the PV panel. Simulations and experiments are carried out to verify the validness and feasibility of the algorithm.","PeriodicalId":267944,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Computer Technology, Electronics and Communication (ICCTEC)","volume":"255 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117092946","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The higher-order cumulants (HOCs) are derived from the received signals and input as features to the selected classifier. HOCs have good anti-noise performance, which can classify the modulation methods commonly used in current wireless communication systems. In this paper, the classification of {OFDM, BPSK, QPSK, GFSK, 16QAM, 64QAM} is realized by MATLAB programming based on the characteristic of HOCs. A new feature parameter is proposed according to 2th order cumulant and 6th order cumulant. The simulation results show that under the SNR of 3dB, the DT classifier's classification accuracy is over 99.4%. Those 6 kinds of signals are the main modulation signals used in wireless communication systems. Therefore, this paper has engineering application value in some degree.","PeriodicalId":267944,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Computer Technology, Electronics and Communication (ICCTEC)","volume":"100 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124128591","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Starting from the target's attack intention and combat capability, this paper uses the dynamic Bayesian network to deduce the air situation target information and consequently acquire the target's threat which is regarded as the gain of anomaly air situation. Meanwhile, RBF fuzzy neural network is adopted to evaluate all elements such as information acquisition, interception, strike and others that are related to the capabilities of air defense so as to access the capability in dealing with emergencies in anomaly air situation. It can provide high coverage (20dB improvement compared to GPRS), low device power consumption (a battery life of up to more than 10 years), low delay sensitivity, massive capacity and ultralow device cost. NB-IoT is believed to have great potential for realizing a large number of Internet of Things (IoT) applications, such as smart meter, intelligent parking, precision farming, manufacturing automation, pallet tracking for logistics and intelligent building. The research on different aspects of NB-IoT technology was studied, but most of them were based on the theoretical or simulated analysis, rarely related to the real NB-IoT network. Since 2016, China Telecom, China Unicom, and China Mobile have launched pre-standard NB-IoT technology pilot work, which has been operated in some areas. This paper presents an in-depth performance evaluation of NB-IoT in a real-world indoor environment. This study examined that the current NB-IoT network can support the connected devices and is fit IoT applications' requirements in indoor environment. Meanwhile, it also explored the limits of network based on current NB-IoT, especially in terms of delay and packet delivery sizes.","PeriodicalId":267944,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Computer Technology, Electronics and Communication (ICCTEC)","volume":"143 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132896069","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
