Hadirnya sosial media juga dapat berperan dalam munculnya tren foto di bangunan peninggalan sejarah. Foto yang diambil di bangunan peninggalan sejarah dan kemudian tersebar di sosial media dapat menarik minat masyarakat untuk mengunjungi bangunan peninggalan sejarah dan juga mengikuti tren foto yang sedang marak digandrungi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori fenomenologi, serta mengumpulkan data dari observasi, dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tren foto di bangunan peninggalan sejarah di era milenial dipengaruhi oleh selera foto generasi milenial yang menyukai tema-tema vintage, yaitu tema fotografi yang membuat kesan foto menjadi terlihat seperti foto jaman dulu. Keaslian bangunan peninggalan sejarah membuat foto tema vintage terlihat lebih real dan mengesankan. Selain itu, suasana bangunan sejarah yang berbeda dari tempat lain juga mempengaruhi rasa atau feel dari foto yang diambil. Tren foto di bangunan peninggalan sejarah juga mampu menjadi solusi bagi generasi milenial yang ingin memperoleh foto keren dan juga pengetahuan tentang peninggalan sejarah Indonesia. In 1922, for the first time the Goeroe Ordinance met resistance from the Sarekat Islam. And then this organization became a pillar of resistance for the people. This study uses the theory of \"Challenge and Response\" Arnold J. Toynbee and the theory of Public Policy. While the method used is a historical research method. The results of this study indicate that the background of the issuance of the Goeroe Ordinance is due to past trauma to the power of Islam. Therefore, this ordinance provides more control over Islam, especially among religious teachers. Meanwhile, the Illegal Schools Ordinance was issued after the outbreak of private schools due to the economic crisis.
