The investigation of the processes which act on the optical radiation of the receiver with the help of mathematical modeling allows one to increase the measurement precision, and to improve the space and time resolution and other parameters of the device. It is necessary to find the solution of the inverse heat problem (IHP) for this purpose, that is to reconstruct parameters of the heating the receiver of the radiation on the measured temperature. It is expedient to apply the mathematical modeling for debugging of the IHP solution algorithms. The radiation parameters are reconstructed. The algorithm parameters are optimized. Inverse heat problems can be divided into two groups. They are reconstructed data by the radiation intensity distribution in the space at fixed moment of the time in the first group and time dependence of the intensity on the fixed point in the second group. These parameters are standardized and ISO-standards are the basis for the developing of national ones. The discussion at the 5th International Workshop for the Laser Beam and Optics Characterization (LBOC5, Erice, Italy, 20-25.03.2000) has shown that inorder to satisfy demands of the users and developers of the lasers a lot of the methods and definitions have to be modified. At first it was concerned with the beam diagnostics of the novel laser devices: ultra-short-pulsed, DUV/VUV lasers for lithography and diode lasers for communications and industry. In accordance with the structure design and pump conditions, both the spectral and output power characteristics of these laser systems can be easily changed. We used an irregular grid in all co-ordinates (x, y and t) inorder to obtain efficient results near the electrode surface and at the start of the electrolysis.
