The research shows that the application of digital twin technology can realize the spatial marking and display of civil airport safety management information, and facilitate the entry, inspection, query and monitoring of safety information such as hazards, equipment and facilities. It starts by providing context around water provision in Peru and its many challenges. It then follows an attribute-driven design process separated into three iterations, which enabled the creation of a software architecture for this case study. Testing results showed adequate performance where connections were proven to be robust. Results also revealed time response to be responsive: under 700 ms for data reading and 400 ms for image processing. In this paper, a mathematical model for the pilots’ allocation is established based on the real air fleet to estimate the pilots’ demand and to arrange the flight tasks in the airline. This approach serves as an alternative for the human resource management in the air company for the long-term plan. The innovative contributions in this paper include: a) The pilots’ allocation with the international long-distance flights and the domain short-distance flights were considered in this paper. b) The minimum number of pilots to finish the flights in an air company was estimated to support the air company’s long-term plan. Additionally, a heuristic algorithm is developed to get an approximate resolution to the model with less time. While ethnic costume images are characterized by rich semantic information, diverse colors and high resolution, the original methods are difficult to show good results on ethnic costume dataset and prone to problems such as inaccurate coloring in local areas. In this paper, we propose a method of colorization that combining global features and attention mechanism with Pix2Pix, by injecting grayscale map into different layers of the generator as global features, and accelerating the speed of the convergence by the attention mechanism. However, while Hyperledger Fabric achieves higher throughput, it also generates more concurrency conflicts, which reduces its efficiency. In this paper, we propose a solution to the concurrency conflict problem in Hyperledger Fabric. We create a simulation system based on gPRC communication and test it to ensure that our solution is correct. On this basis, a number of experiments are conducted with the GBCL solution, which is built on Hyperledger Fabric V2.2. Software bot acts as an assistant to help developers deal with repetitive tasks. In this paper, we explore whether the adoption of bots has an impact on developer sentiment and projects progress. We collected issues, pull requests and comments from GitHub popular projects. And we found that human users had significantly reduced positive sentiment in bot-created issues and PRs. The average merging time of the bot-created PRs is significantly shorter than human-created ones. Named entity recognition is a fundamental task in natural language processing. However, Chinese named entity recognition usually suffers from weak relationship between related words and sentences resulting in recognition errors. In order to clarify the weight of different words in sentences and strengthen the dependence between character and words, we propose a named entity recognition model LSTM-WWAT based on bidirectional long-term memory network (BiLSTM) and word-weight attention(WWAT). Firstly, we add word semantic information into the character vector of the embedding layer by matching the dictionary. Secondly, we use the BiLSTM to extract the context dependent features of characters and related words. Then, the model import the hidden vector into WWAT and depend on sentences features to strengthen the word weight, so that the output will be closer to the entity annotation we want. Finally, Random Conditional Field (CRF) is used to decode the optimal coding sequence as the result of named entity recognition. The need for strong vulnerability detection tools is critical. Move is a recently developed smart contract language with safety and security at the core of its design containing formal verification tools embedded into the language. Currently, these tools can only verify local properties within a single Move function. They cannot verify global properties that result from multiple function executions. In this paper, we introduce VeriMove, an extension of the VeriSolid correct-by-design model checking framework that supports the Move language.
