Hand held or mobile devices make use of immediacy, and engage with the problems as they are set. Based partly on students' interest in technology, universities are adapting to take advantage of these changes, especially in computer-based disciplines. By using mobile devices, computer science students can enhance their learning experience. This study concerns computer science lecturers' attitudes towards using mobile technology during programming lectures. Interviews were conducted with instructors who teach programming courses to explore their views on integrating these learning tools into the lecture. The research found that the issues raised by the study participants were not fundamental to their acceptance of such technology. However, the lecturers' positive attitudes towards change were not reflected in their classroom practices. Two findings are discussed: factors affecting educators' willingness to integrate mobile learning as a delivery system during lectures and factors that influence successful integration of such devices into the learning environment for programming courses. Further, the identified factors were classified into two main themes: personal attitudes and curricular issues. How to extract information quickly and effectively from various sources becomes very important. Web information extraction is the key element not only to Web crawler or search engine, but also for many specialized services such as competitive intelligence tools. This paper recommends a flexible and high-performance approach to the Web information extraction. HTMLParser is a parsing library mainly used to transform or extract the Web information with HTML. It uses Node, Abstract Node, and Tag to express HTML page. It can extract information mainly with two ways: filter and visitor. With HTMLParser, we can conveniently extract hyperlink, email, title, etc. In this paper, we also extend HTMLParser to extract custom tags in certain Web pages to expand its application area. Speedy cotton spindles of JW.D3203 are studied in this paper. The structural features of the spindle are described. ANSYS finite element analysis software is used for modeling of the spindle. Setting material properties, defining element type, meshing, and determining the boundary conditions are done before the top ten mode figures of spindle are gotton. The natural frequency and critical speed are gotton. Resonance phenomena is avoided when the speed of spindle reaches the critical speed. A number of graph-based algorithms have been proposed so far to tackle the complexity of the problem and many of them are based on the representation of data in the form of a minimum spanning tree (MST). In this work, we propose a graph-based agglomerative clustering method that is based the k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN) graphs and the Borůvka's-MST Algorithm, (termed as, kNN-MST-Agglomerative). The proposed method is inherently parallel and in addition it is applicable to a wide class of practical problems involving large datasets. The modeling and simulation are the effective and straightforward methods to evaluate a specific 1553B topology. In this paper, a frequency domain distortion prediction modeling method, which can be used to evaluate the channel attenuation of the 1553B system efficiently and directly, was proposed and well designed. The results show that our method of elevating the attenuation is brief and efficient compared with others.
