This research was conducted in Konda 1 Village, Konda District, South Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province from April to December 2021. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 7 treatments, namely D0: Control (without Phymar CSL application), D1: 10 mL Phymar CSL/L of water with 1 application/week, D2: 10 mL of Phymar CSL/L of water with 2 applications/week, D3: 20 mL of Phymar CSL/L of water with 1 application/week, D4: 20 mL Phymar CSL/L of water with 2 applications/week, D5: 30 mL of Phymar CSL/L of water with 1 application/week and D6: 30 mL of Phymar CSL/L of water with 2 applications/week. The treatment was repeated three times so that there were 21 treatment units. The variables observed were fruit fly attack intensity (%) and crop production (kg). The results showed that the application of the pesticide Phymar CSL was effective in controlling the fruit fly Bactrocera spp. on chili plants. Treatment D6 (30 mL/L of water with two applications/week) with an average attack intensity of 17.87% showed a more effective treatment than other treatments. Ants have various species with various roles including predators, decomposers and seed dispersers, bioindicators and as pests on various plants. The fire ant (Solenopsis invicta) is one of the ants associated with the dragon fruit plant (Hylocereus sp.) as a pest. Fire ants have unique habits and behaviors. This study aims to determine the behavior of fire ants associated with dragon fruit plants. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis by identifying and describing the behavior patterns of fire ants on dragon fruit plants. Fire ants (S. invicta) have three behaviors in dragon fruit plants (Hylocereus sp.) are feeding behavior, moving behavior, and communication behavior. This research started from September to October 2021. Determination of sampling based on soil use age of 6, 15 and 25 years. For each land age, 3 soil samples were taken with a depth of 20 cm, then composited. The results showed that the nutrient status of total-N at the age of 6 years, namely 0,11%, was classified as low, while at the age of 15 and 25 years, were classified into very low (0,07% and 0,08%). Available-P at all ages were classified as a very low (1,78 ppm, 1,82 ppm, 1,64 ppm). Available-K at all ages were classified as a very low (2,03 mg 100g⁻¹, 1,77 mg 100g⁻¹, 1,81 mg 100g⁻¹). The Organic-C content at all ages were classified as low (1.46%, 1.00% and 1.08%). CEC at all ages were classified as moderate (24.00 me 100g⁻¹, 18.43 me 100g⁻¹ and 20.34 me 100g⁻¹). The research was carried out at the Field Laboratory of Experimental Gardens II, Faculty of Agriculture, Halu Oleo University, Kendari, from July to September 2021. The study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of six treatments, namely Control (P0), POC 20 mL/L(P1), POC 40 mL/L (P2), POC 60 mL/L (P3), POC 80 mL/L (P4) and POC 100 mL/L (P5). Each treatment was repeated three times so that there were 18 experimental units. The variables observed were plant height, number of leaves and weight of flower mass. The results showed that the application of various concentrations of fermented rice washing water could increase the growth and yield of cauliflower plants. The best treatment was obtained at POC concentration of 40 mL/L with a plant height of 11.83 cm, flowermass weight of 35.05 g. Sweet potato flour as one of the basic ingredients makes steamed sponges. This study aims to determine the effect of substitution of purple sweet potato flour (Ipomoea batatas) on organoleptic test and nutritional content of steamed sponge cake. The design used was a complete randomized design using 5 treatments with a ratio of wheat flour: purple sweet potato flour consisting of P0 (100%: 0%), P1 (95%: 5%), P2 (85%: 15%), P3 (75%: 25%), P4 (65%: 35%). Data analysis used ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) and continued with the DMRT (Duncans Multiple Range Test) test at a 95% confidence level if F count was greater than F table. The results showed that the panelists liked steamed sponge cake in P4 treatment (65% wheat flour: 35% purple sweet potato flour) with a preference score for color 4,17 (Like), aroma 4,03 (Like), texture 4,13 (Like) and taste of 4,13 (Like). This study aims to determine the physicochemical comparison of black glutinous rice from Basala sub-district with glutinous rice obtained at the Kendari Central Market. This study used a research design consisting of a physicochemical characterization test on black glutinous rice from Basala sub-district with black glutinous rice wich is commonly marketed wich includes the preparation of samples black glutinous rice, then continued with physicochemical testing with includes. The results this lts showed that there differences in the chemical content and physical properties of black glutinous rice Basala and from the Kendari Central market. Basala black glutinous rice was significantly different in fat content and carbohydrate rice of Kendari Central market, and not significantly different in water content, ash content, protein and swelling power value. This study aims to determine the effect of bokashi application based on secondary vegetation and cow dung on peanut growth on sub optimal land. The research has been carried out in Katobu Village, Wadaga District, West Muna Regency. This study used a single factor Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 5 levels, namely: no fertilizer (B0), 3 kg per plot (B1), 6 kg per plot (B2), 9 kg per plot (B3), 12 kg per plot (B4), each treatment was repeated three times, so there were 15 experimental units. The variables observed were plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, total leaf area and root loss ratio. The results showed that the best treatment was bokashi fertilizer treatment of secondary vegetation and 6 kg cow dung per plot (B2) for the variables of plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves and total leaf area; Root loss ratio was obtained at 3 kg treatment per plot (B1). The study was conducted from June to August 2021. The study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) which consisted of 7 treatments and 3 replications so that 21 experimental units were obtained, namely (K0) control 0 g polybags, (K1) 50 g polybags are equivalent to 10 tons ha, (K2)100 g polybags are equivalent to 20 tonsha, (K3)150 g polybags are equivalent to 30 tons ha, (K4) 200 g polybags are equivalent to 40 tons ha, (K5) 250 g polybags are equivalent to 50 tons ha, (K6)300 g polybags are equivalent to 60 tons ha. The results showed that the application of goat manure gave the best N was 1,7% (very high), the best available P was 18,96 ppm (low), and K the best available was 0,60 me 100 g (very low). This study aims to determine the types of Formicidae insects and their role as pests on red dragon fruit plants. This study uses descriptive analysis which includes the identification of Formicidae insects, their populations and roles in dragon fruit plants. Formicidae insects associated with red dragon fruit plants consist of 4 genera and 9 species, namely Solenopsis invicta, Acropyga sp., Anoplolepis gracilipes, Iridomyrmex sp., Polyrhachis carbonaria, Eurenolepis sp., Pheidole megachepala, Dorylus sp. and Gesomyrmex sp. Different parent rocks have different physical, chemical, and mineral compositions that affect the different characteristics of the soil formed. This study aims to determine the soil morphology characteristics of various parent materials in Wakoila Village, Sawerigadi District, West Muna Regency. This research was conducted by survey method and field analysis of three parent materials. In the three parent materials, the external characteristics and internal characteristics of the profile were observed. Based on the results of the study showed that the morphological characteristics of the soil from the parent material of gravel (PI), alluvium deposits (PII) and limestone (PIII) have various soil morphological characteristics, both soil color, soil solum depth, horizon thickness, horizon symbol, soil texture, soil structure, soil consistency and soil pores.
