The National Disaster Management Agency documented earthquake disasters of high magnitude over ten years between 2010 and 2020, with impacts ranging from casualties to infrastructure damage. To reduce the disasters' impact, community preparedness is needed. This research aims to understand the relationship between knowledge and experience of disasters with the head of the family preparedness in the face of the danger of earthquakes in the Gulf of Sepang District, Bengkulu City. The descriptive-analytical research design with a cross-sectional approach was used. The study was conducted in May-July 2022 with a population of 899 household leaders in the Gulf of Sepang District, Bengkulu City. A large sample of 90 household leaders was selected using proportional sampling techniques. The univariate and bivariate data were analyzed using descriptive and Chi-square statistics. The results showed a significant relationship between knowledge and preparedness (p-value = 0,001) with a strong coefficient contingency score (C = 0,653). There was a significant relationship between household leaders' experience and readiness (p-value = 0.001) with a strong coefficient contingency score (C = 0,603). Compliance with medication, dietary and fluid restriction, and weight of the body are part of self-care management. The study aims to improve self-care management in heart failure patients. Literature reviews are used to identify articles through Scopus, ProQuest, PubMed, and CINAHL databases. The inclusion criteria are open access, in English, with full-text articles published between 2016 and 2022 with the keywords \"self-regulation\", \"protection motivation theory\" and \"heart failure\". A total of fifteen articles were reviewed to answer research questions. The data is analyzed by the PRISMA chart. The results of the literary study showed that there were 15 articles that met the inclusion criteria. There are eight studies that use randomized controlled trial designs; seven titles use cross-sectional designs; and one study uses qualitative designs. Results show that better self-care can improve outcomes, reduce the incidence of recurring hospitalizations, and reduce the burden of treatment for heart failure patients. Self-efficacy can also be predicted from self-care behavior. A preliminary study conducted at Ravanzha baby spa found that out of 15 mothers who had babies, seven had difficulty eating, and eight mothers complained that their children had difficulty sleeping, often woke up, and were fussy at night. This study aims to determine the effect of baby massage on increasing appetite and sleep quality. This type of research is a pre-experimental one-group pre-test-post-test design. The total population of 55 pairs of mothers and toddlers. The 30 mothers and toddlers were selected using a purposive sampling technique with the inclusion criteria of children under five and mothers willing to have children as respondents. The instrument used is the observation sheet. The analysis used a paired t-test. The results showed that there was a significant effect on baby massage the the increase of appetite which was indicated by the value of Tcount Ttable (p = 0.000). In addition, there was an increase in sleep quality with a Tcount = 17.381 Ttable = 1.699. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of giving a baby massage on increasing appetite and improving sleep quality. The deferral in donating blood is one of the reasons for the shortage of blood stock. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of donors who experienced deferral in donating blood due to haemoglobin levels at UDD PMI Bojonegoro Regency in 2019–2022. The research design used is descriptive-quantitative through a secondary data survey. Data was obtained from the SIMDONDAR application regarding the number and characteristics of donors who experienced deferral in donor selection due to haemoglobin levels at UDD PMI Bojonegoro Regency during the 2019–2022 period. The data were analysed descriptively and presented in the form of tables and graphs. The results showed that the delay in donor selection was due to haemoglobin levels at UDD PMI Bojonegoro Regency for the 2019–2022 period, with as many as 3,385 donors with low haemoglobin levels totaling 2,492 people and 893 people with high haemoglobin levels. Parity factors and hemoglobin are suspected of increasing the incidence of preeclampsia. This study aims to determine the effect of parity and hemoglobin on the incidence of preeclampsia. This research is an observational analytic study with a prospective design. The population in this study were preeclampsia pregnant women and healthy pregnant women at Aghisna Medika Kroya General Hospital and Cilacap Regional General Hospital in August–November 2021, with the following inclusion criteria: gestational age 20 weeks, single pregnancy, willingness to become research subjects, and having gadgets. Exclusion criteria were pregnant women who had incomplete medical record data. A total of 36 respondents in the case group were taken by total sampling technique, and 36 respondents in the control group were taken by purposive random sampling technique with a ratio of 1:1. Statistical test using Chi-Square The results showed that 63.89% (23 people) in the case group and 58.33% (21 people) in the control group were multiparas (p = 0.326 0.05), while 69.45% (25 people) in the case group and 58.33% (21) in the control group had normal hemoglobin levels (p = 0.326 0.05). These data show that there is no effect of parity or hemoglobin level on the incidence of preeclampsia. The study's purpose was to understand the factors that affect the basic vaccination of babies in Posyandu Dewi Sartika Kota Malang. This research is quantitative, with the research design being cross-sectional. The population of 40 mothers who have babies aged 0–12 months in Posyandu Dewi Sartika Kota Malang in 2021. Samples of 40 were recruited using total sampling techniques. The questionnaires were used to collect information about the mother's occupations, knowledge, attitudes, education, experience, health, and age. Data were analyzed using a multiple linear regression test (significance value of p 0,05). The results showed that the mother’s occupation (p = 0,031), knowledge (p = 0,005), attitude (p = 0,027), education (p = 0.031), experience (p = 0,022), health information, and age (p = 0,019) simultaneously influenced the completeness of basic immunization. The most dominant factor was the knowledge factor (p = 0,005). The change that occurs is not only physical but also psychological. A lot of the stresses in the lives of teenagers make them look for ways to solve the problem. A teenager who can cope with problems well will go through adolescence well. However, there are some adolescents who are unable to cope with the problem, which will cause negative effects such as emotional instability. Because of these unstable emotions, teenagers use inappropriate ways to deal with their problems, such as self-harm behavior. This study aims to paint a picture of self-injury in adolescents. The study used descriptive analytical methods using the Self-Harm Inventory questionnaire for data collection. The research was carried out in the district of Sleman among teenagers aged 14–20 who were spread across 14 districts in Sleman. The total number of respondents was 1,362, taken using the cluster sampling technique. The results of the study showed that the majority of adolescents had low self-harm behaviors, with a percentage of 66.6%. However, attention should still be paid to adolescents who have high self-harm behaviors (a percentage of 3.4%). The research uses descriptive qualitative design using thematic analysis, A semi-structured one-on-one interview through a face-to-face interview at Siompu. The interviews are recorded and transcribed word by word and then analyzed thematically. A total of 5 pregnant women participated in this study with a response rate of 93.7%, and each interview lasted 20 to 40 minutes. Five thematic categories were identified, while the participant’s psychological experiences were classified into five stages, namely (1) perception: the presence of anxiety; (2) attitudes: fears, and doubts about viruses; (3) transitional periods: complex and diverse psychological feelings; (4) adaptation period: self-adaptation and assistance from external support; and (5) reflection period: reflection on life and nature. The results study showed that the perception in pregnant women of hepatitis infection is still less, while pregnant mothers showed a very positive attitude towards therapy and immunization. So, it is highly recommended to raise awareness about the hepatitis virus, the ways of transmission, and possible treatment options. Obese people have a higher risk of insulin resistance. The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic prompted the Indonesian government to enforce policies ranging from large-scale social restriction and transition to implementing emergency community activity restrictions at levels 1–4 that can have impacts that affect people’s lives, including affecting diets. The study aims to find out the dietary picture of adult obese individuals with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the work area of Puskesmas Sidorejo Lor, Salatiga City, during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study respondents were individuals aged 25–59 years of age, with a total of 22 people identified with type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity. The research uses quantitative descriptive methods with instruments such as Semi-quantitative Food Frequency questionnaires and Food recalls. Data is analyzed using the Food Ingredient Composition List, Nutrisurvey, and Microsoft Excel. The results of the study showed that the respondents’ energy, protein, and fat consumption was excessive, while the average respondent’s carbohydrate intake had a severe deficit.
