The purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of collection standards and infrastructure facilities in the library of SDN Wiyung I/453 Surabaya. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of research that has been researched by the author, it can be concluded that the Library of SDN Wiyung I/453 Surabaya in the collection standard has met the National Library Standard (SNP 007:2012). Where in this article, this article discusses the definition of the reference service itself, the function of reference services in the library, the types of collections provided by the reference service, and the types of reference services themselves. The research method used is descriptive quantitative and the research location is in Khadijah Surabaya Senior High School. The population was taken from XII students class and a valid sample filled out the questionnaire as many as 68 students. The sampling technique was Purposive Sampling. The result of the research shows that 11 (eleven) indicators derived from David Nicholas used by the researcher produce 36 derivative indicators for the research questionnaire. From the 36 questions, 34 indicators show a high category score. While the remaining 2 show a score that is in the medium category. Indicators that are in the medium category have the lowest score. Those are the respondent’s information needs about technological and communication developments and the information needs of respondents who have an intellectual level of information that is filled with writing or words. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep diri pustakawan berprestasi terbaik tingkat Nasional tahun 2017-2019 adanya keyakinan melalui pandangan dan penghargaan terhadap perasaan seseorang mengenai dirinya. Peningkatan terhadap kepribadian diri melalui personal branding dan  brand awareness yang menjadi kepercayaan diri untuk menggapai apa yang diinginkan. Metode Penelitian. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode eksplorasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 10 informan dari populasi penelitian, yaitu pemenang pustakawan berprestasi terbaik tahun 2017-2019. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui: wawancara terstruktur dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dan Pembahasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari data tentang strategi pengembangan minat baca di Perpustakaan Daerah Lamongan berserta kendala yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara kepada salah satu pustakawan disana dan observasi dengan mengunjungi tempat penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan upaya yang dilakukan untuk menaikkan angka minat baca terus dilakukan oleh pustakawan dan program yang diadakan pengelola perpustakaan. Strategi pustakawan dengan menyediakan kotak kritik dan saran sebagai masukan dari pemustaka yang hadir, terutama menyangkut koleksi yang mereka butuhkan. Selain itu, dengan menyediakan jaringan wifi-untuk pemustaka yang ingin mengakses sumber informasi dari internet. Program perpustakaan dengan membuat perpustakaan keliling yang mengunjungi pemustaka dipelosok kabupaten Lamongan. Selain itu, perpustakaan digital dibuat supaya pemustaka bebas akses koleksi elektronik tanpa batasan waktu dan tempat. The purpose of this article is to explore the historical history of the development of Islamic book publishing in Indonesia. The method used is library research. The development of Islamic literature in Indonesia began to boom around the 1970s. Many Islamic publications born at that time such as PT. Bulan Bintang, Gema Insani Press, PT. Al-Ma’arif, PT. Mizan Library and so on. In terms of appearance, the Islamic-themed books of the 1970s appeared to be classical in style, using newspaper and display tended to be less attractive, while publications after the 1980s appeared different because the books published looked more advanced, both in terms of their substance content, presentation style, as well as artistic.
