However, in these studies, the treatment effect of prescriptions is not considered. In the meantime, a proper minimum support threshold is needed for these association rule algorithms, which is difficult for doctors. This paper proposes TCMM (traditional Chinese medicine miner), a novel algorithm for mining the top-K weighted association rule which does not require the users to set a support threshold in advance. In addition, TCMM can analyze TCM formulae with treatment effect. After conducting several experiments on TCM formulae for diabetic nephropathy, we verify that our algorithm can facilitate doctors to conduct new drug discovery and make better clinical medicine selection.","PeriodicalId":259476,"journal":{"name":"2017 14th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP)","volume":"28 12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124472081","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Every modern city wants to handle this problem. Being stuck in traffic jam wastes so much time and money of citizens. Traffic congestion can be minimized by timely inform about its happening to the concerned department and also to incoming traffic. For this we proposed an approach in which we use satellites to detect cities traffic congestion on real time. This approach not only informs about congestion but also provides a broader view of cities traffic. Plenty of satellites are available around earth. High resolution video is taken from a specific point in space with satellites cameras. This video is further processed by using images processing techniques, and congestion is detected in real time. In result section we proved this idea successfully.","PeriodicalId":259476,"journal":{"name":"2017 14th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP)","volume":"343 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115847133","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, an optimized design method is proposed to remove haze from a single image. Based on the atmospheric scattering model, dark channel prior is used to estimate the value of global atmospheric light by an interval. Meanwhile, the initial estimation of medium transmission is obtained. And the white balance is performed to simplify the atmospheric scattering model. Then, to deal with the invalid case of the dark channel, we exploit a scheme to identify bright area based on dual threshold and develop a way to correct transmission rate, which enables the dark channel prior to be more applicable. Finally, enhanced processing is introduced by adopting nonlinear contrast stretching, which improves the visual effect of dehazing images. The experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve a faster processing speed, effectively improve the visibility and contrast of the restored image, and obtain good color effect.","PeriodicalId":259476,"journal":{"name":"2017 14th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP)","volume":"283 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133101096","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we explore the maximization of the collective learning effects using a simple propagation model to study the diversification of industries on real networks built on Brazilian labor data. For the inter-regional learning, we find an optimal strategy that makes a balance between core and periphery industries in the initial activation, considering the core-periphery structure of the industry space — a network representation of the relatedness between industries. For the inter-regional learning, we find an optimal strategy that makes a balance between nearby and distant regions in establishing new spatial connections, considering the spatial structure of the integrated adjacent network that connects all regions. Our findings suggest that the near to by random strategies are likely to make the best use of the collective learning effects in advancing regional economic development practices.","PeriodicalId":259476,"journal":{"name":"2017 14th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125343835","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Recently, a series of robust adaptive beamforming (RAB) methods based on interference-plus-noise covariance matrix (INCM) reconstruction have been proposed, which utilize the Capon spectrum estimator integrated over a region separated from the direction of the desired signal. However, these methods do not take into account the effects of the reconstruction errors. In this paper, a novel method named double-robust adaptive beamforming based on INCM reconstruction and norm-bounded constraints is proposed to combat arbitrary unknown array mismatches. The essence of the proposed method is considering the inevitable errors not only of the reconstructed INCM but also of the estimated steering vector (SV), and then summing up these errors as norm-bounded error matrices. A closed-form solution of the proposed method is finally provided. Simulation results are provided to show the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.","PeriodicalId":259476,"journal":{"name":"2017 14th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP)","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129461894","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
