The concept of leadership has been quite visible in different areas such as military operations, politics and management. This article aims to approach the theme “Leadegilance” that the juction of the words, leadership and vigilance. The main purpose of this article is to introduce the concept of leadegilance and for it, the article is divided into three points: the first point begins to do the theoretical approach of leadership, the second point does the theoretical approach of vigilance and finally the third point introduces the concept of leadegilance and also, it does the reference the types of leadegilance, according the different styles of leadership. I concluded that the style of leadegilance will be changed according the stype adopted by leader in department of organization where he/she is charged as well as following the organizational objectives. This article offers a comprehensive and critical review of all the uses of QCA in management studies up until February 2015. This study shows how QCA extends beyond an empirical technique and how this method offers a genuine formalization of qualitative analysis, which opens new ways of knowledge production in management scholarship.
