Kondisi tersebut menjadikan perusahaan untuk melakukan starategi-strategi persaingan usaha yang harus dilakukan, Kebutuhan manusia akan suatu produk menjadi salah satu studi yang harus dipelajari dalam dunia bisnis karena berhubungan dengan permintaan dan penawaran terhadap konsumen dan persaingan pada struktur pasar tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli ulang generasi muda. Metode penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jumlah 100 sampel. Jenis dan pendekatan penelitian ini dilakukan melalui analisis kualitatif deskriptif dengan mencari informasi secara empiris dan mendalam pada objek yang diteliti dengan salah satu teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi marketing mix 7P berdasarkan aspek Product (produk), Price (harga), Place (Lokasi/Tempat), Promotion (promosi), People (orang/sumber daya manusia), Physical Evidence (bukti fisik), Process (proses) sudah dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik, sedangkan faktor penghambat yang terjadi adalah sumber daya manusia yang belum memebuhi keandalan dalam memanfaatkan kecanggihan teknologi. Pandemi Covid-19 mengubah dunia bisnis secara masif, industri bisnis event menjadi salah satu industri yang terdampak dengan adanya pandemi. Event yang biasanya diselenggarakan dengan mengumpulkan khalayak umum dalam suatu tempat menjadi terhambat atau bahkan menjadi tidak terselenggara, jika pun terselenggara harus mengikuti protokol kesehatan yang ketat dan pengetatan pembatasan kerumunan khalayak. Dengan adanya pembatasan dan pengetatan tersebut maka fungsi dari strategi pemasaran sebuah bisnis event menjadi penting dalam keberlangsungan bisnis. Maka dari itu penerapan strategi pemasaran pada industri bisnis event mengalami perubahan yang cukup signifikan dengan adanya pandemi. Perubahan utama adalah prioritas dari klien dan audience yang mementingkan faktor keamanan dan kesehatan dan terbukanya kesempatan untuk menyelenggarakan event secara virtual dengan lebih luas. Metode yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah: observasi dan interview. Analisis data bersifat kuantitatif yaitu data yang didapatkan melalui informasi perdagangan dan catatan dari Usaha Dagang Putra Singkong. Hasil dan diskusi : penjualan produk dari Usaha Dagang Putra Singkong dalam periode satu tahun sudah melebihi perhitungan break even point unit berdasarkan perhitungan. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif yang mempergunakan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipergunakan yakni pengambilan sampel bertujuan. Teknik penganalisisan data yang diterapkan yakni analisis regresi linear berganda. Temuan penelitian ini menyebutkan edukasi pasar modal dan media sosial mempunyai pengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan investasi mahasiswa generasi millennial di Universitas Mahendradatta. Jadi bisa diartikan bahwa jika nilai variabel X (pengaruh edukasi modal dan media sosial) meningkat, maka nilai Y (keputusan investasi) juga akan meningkat. The researcher as the key instrument collected the data himself through documentation and interviews with informants. The results of this study was to indicate that tax reform, especially in the service sector, provides a positive implementation of tax revenue and taxpayer compliance. This research was a survey with a total sample of 93 employees. The data was collected through the distribution of a list of questions, while the later data will be analyzed using multiple regression tests. The method of determining the sample that has been using was Purposive Sampling method with several criteria. Respondents in this study were 98 MSME owners. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicated that employee performance management in the Birth Certificate service is carried out by producing a Birth Certificate that is in accordance with the truth of the data elements in the application file (on requirements) and the Population database. The Village Head/Village Secretary also always corrects the work of his employees before signing the file. The process of completing the Birth Certificate is also carried out very quickly so that people do not have to wait too long. The village government uses two methods, namely the manual method and online-based. This manual method is carried out if the process of issuing a Birth Certificate cannot be carried out through SIMADE. While this online-based service is carried out through SIMADE (Village Management Information System). The results of this study indicate that the independent variable and professionalism The independent variable shows a t-count value of 6.459 with a significance of 0.025 0.05, and the professionalism variable has a value of 3,460 with a significance of 0.000 which shows the effect on auditor performance.
