Present research was carried out with the aim of determining super nutrients effect on some growth and biochemical indices in juvenile Acipenser baerii in International Sturgeon Research Institute during 6 months. Blood samples obtained in days 45 (stage I) and 90 (stage II) and plasma provided. Some plasma biochemical an ions levels were measured in VIRO MED laboratory in Rasht. The results showed that the mean final weight, final biomass, body weight increasing (BWI), specific growth rate (SGR), condition factor condition factor (CF) and daily growth rate (ADG) showed significant difference between control group with other treatments ( p <0.05). Results showed that sodium, potassium and calcium ion levels showed no significant difference in various concentrations of super nutrients during rearing period ( p >0.05). Based on obtained results, super nutrients adding in diet of Acipenser baerii caused to significant difference in growth indices and improved them. Therefore, it recommended using of super nutrients in Siberian sturgeon diet.","PeriodicalId":255746,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Environmental Research and Education","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114819608","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Immature fishes were anaesthetised using standard method in tank (Table 1). Blood samples were collected by caudal venipuncture using 2 mL syringes fitted with 0.5 x 35 mm (25 gauge) needles (Sima, Iran) pre-dosed with heparin (Caspian Tamin, Iran). Blood samples subjected to various conditions, were analysed by FC. Methodology was adapted from established protocols for human blood FC analysis, but modified as required due to the nucleated nature of fish erythrocytes. Blood sample evaluations by FC were performed in surface-deactivated polypropylene tubes to minimize cell-tube adhesion and associated quantitation error. Five millilitre 12 x 75 mm polypropylene Falcon tubes (Maxwell, Italy) were filled with a 4% solution of bovine serum albumin (BSA; Sigma, USA) in PBS and stored overnight at 4°C (Lecommandeur et al., 1994). Prior to use, the tubes were emptied and centrifuged at 2000 rpm for 5 min. For each treatment, we also measured the size of erythrocytes and genome size. Genome size was positively correlated with erythrocyte nucleus size and chromosome number when using PI as the fluorescent dye. This work provides new knowledge on Oncorhynchus mykiss genetics/genomics, important for future research in basic cellular/molecular mechanisms and for the development of molecular techniques in this species. However, further investigation is required to obtain a high percent tetraploid Rainbow trout population.","PeriodicalId":255746,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Environmental Research and Education","volume":"95 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124901198","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

All eye-stage eggs were used for the experiment using vertical hatching units to complete hatching. A standard commercial granule feed was used in all experimental groups. The experiment consisted of control treatment and one dose of hormone 17α-Methyltestosterone added to the diet at the rate of 3 mg per kg food by dissolving in 200 ml of 95% ethanol per kg feed.The use of oral administration of 17α-methyltestosterone (17MT) at 3 mg 17MT/kg of feed for 70 days following the onset of feeding to sex reverse rainbow trout ( Oncorhynchus mykiss ) to produce XX males is well established. Examination of the results showed that 17α- methyltestosterone was effective in sex riversed of rainbow trout. The results has shown in nearly 100% of the treated animals being males. The GSI index in female and male fish of control group were 0.04±0.1 and 0.07±0.01, respectively (Fig.3) and significantly different ( p ≤5%). But GSI index of 100% sex riversed male fish of MT treated was 0.06±0.01 and hadn,t significantly differene ( p ≥5%) with treated group ( genetically male and female).","PeriodicalId":255746,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Environmental Research and Education","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115437111","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Samples of macrobenthic fauna were collected and separated from the Molluscs from other zoological groups. 116 Molluscs inventoried and determined by the species, including 13 orders, 20 families, 24 genuses and 29 species. Bivalvia is represented better than Gastropoda with respectively, 24 and 5 species. The analyzed taxa highlighted the dominant and main species on the bottom of the study sites, including Nuculana commutata , which appeared as the major species, followed by Nucula sulcata with respectively 23,46% and 12,34%. The present inventory indicates that the malacological fauna is less diversified than in the other zones studied of the Algerian coast.","PeriodicalId":255746,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Environmental Research and Education","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115374643","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There was an annual monitoring survey during 2009-2019 by using R/V ʻ Ferdows-1 ʼ covering the depths10-100 m which equipped with bottom trawl net. The highest CPUA was recorded in eastern and western region of the study area (45.54 kg/nm 2 and 25.40 kg/nm 2 ), although density of species was lower in the central area (Stratum B, C, D). The highest biomass (22.7 tons) and CPUA (52.13 kg/nm 2 ) was found in 10-20 m and 20–30 m depth layer, respectively. The comparison of mean CPUA and biomass in different depth-layers and stratum revealed that the mean CPUA and biomass have a descending trend with increasing of depth. Results of this study showed that the abundance of this species dramatically decreased over past decade to about 13.3 kg/nm 2 in 2019. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a regulatory mechanism to manage the stocks of this commercially valuable species, such as closed fishing season during the breeding and reproduction period, only permitted to use traps for harvesting of lobster, prohibited to take egg-bearing females or juvenile lobsters.","PeriodicalId":255746,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Environmental Research and Education","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128864482","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Changing climate is a continuous, multidimensional process of changes in climatic conditions that affect the abiotic and biotic aspects. This causes changes in climatic circumstances including extreme heat, rainfall amount, and temperatures, which leads to an increase in novel parasites, vegetation, and diseases, while vegetables crops must employ specific methods such as physiological, biochemcial and molecualar process to ensure optimal development during stress situations. The synthesis of hormones (phytohormones) and osmolytes is one of these processes. Plant hormones are natural materials which influence the physiological processes of plants such as growth, development, and cell differentiation. Under normal and stressful situations, plant hormones regulate essential physiological activities. Phytohormones, which come in a variety of forms, serve a significant role in plants, either on their own or in concert with one another. The type and concentration of such substances in plants have a significant impact on plant activities and functions. The current study describes phytohormones' possible involvement in fostering plant growth and development during stressful conditions.","PeriodicalId":255746,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Environmental Research and Education","volume":"18 5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126566887","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is because this species currently has the second-highest percentage of catch in the Iranian coastal of the Caspian Sea. Sampling mature Chelon aurata ( C. aurata ) was done in 6 stations of beach areas and 30 mature Chelon aurata were chosen to run the study. The biometric results illustrated that the highest recorded data of average body weight (BW), body length (BL), and fork length (FL) were related to gulden mullet which were caught at the coastal district of Behshahr station, however, the golden mullet fish caught at Gomishan beach had the lowest recorded figures of body weight ( p <0.05). The most amount of accumulation of Cobalt and Iron was recorded in Behshahr which showed a statistically significant difference with the other stands ( p <0.05). The liver, gill, and muscle samples had the most Cobalt and Iron accumulation, respectively (Liver>Gill>Muscle). According to the recorded data at present research, the accumulation balances of two heavy metals, Cobalt and Iron, were much lower than their announced standard ranges of World Health Organization (WHO), Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO), and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). It is therefore recommended that utilization of this kind of fish which has grown under that environment is useless for human consumption.","PeriodicalId":255746,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Environmental Research and Education","volume":"53 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121288100","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
