One strategy is through an InsurTech approach to sharia insurance waqf products that will be offered to the public. Based on the background above, how to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of InsurTech Sharia Insurance Waqf Products at PT Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumi Putera 1912 Branch Cilegon Prov. Banten. This research aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of InsurTech Sharia Insurance Waqf Products at PT Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumi Putera 1912 Cilegon Branch, Banten Province. This type of research is field case study research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation and documentation methods. The primary data source in this research comes from interviews with stakeholders. Meanwhile, secondary data in this research comes from books, several journals and the company's official website. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is known that the condition of the Bumi Putera Muda 1912 Cilegon Branch is in an unfavorable position. However, there are several strategies that can be an alternative choice for companies in developing digital technology. Contribution allowance is very important for life insurance companies to meet claims arising in the current or future period. Insufficient contribution allowance can lead to financial risks, especially when claims submitted exceed predictions. This research aims to develop a contribution allowance calculation model using De Moivre's Law in the Canadian method, compare the results with calculations without using De Moivre's Law, and assess the financial implications for insurance companies. Data was taken from the Indonesian Mortality Table IV and processed using Microsoft Excel. This is because there is awareness regarding insurance that does not contain usury, gharar and maisir, so sharia insurance is chosen because it is guided by sharia principles. Basically, the millennial generation in Bengkalis is interested in using sharia insurance products. However, there are many reasons why this desire is not realized, one of which is because the number of sharia insurance agents or companies in Bengkalis is very small. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods with data collection tools in the form of interviews and literature studies. The research results show that the millennial generation, especially those who adhere to the Islamic religion, are interested in using sharia insurance products. However, in Bengkalis it is still very rare to find sharia insurance companies or agents so that the desire of the millennial generation to use sharia insurance cannot be realized optimally. There are several factors that can influence the millennial generation's interest in using sharia insurance, including religiosity (religion), promotional factors, social factors, personal factors, financial literacy factors, and income factors. One of them is the sharia insurance company industry in Indonesia. With the existence of Covid-19, this has affected the profits of sharia life insurance companies. Therefore, this study will discuss one of the factors that can affect company profits, namely the contribution of income. In this study, regression analysis was used using the classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, t (partial) test, correlation coefficient test, and coefficient of determination test. After the COVID-19 pandemic catastrophic event, the company became more vigilant about the risk selection process in each of its products, one of which is a surety bond product at the insurance company PT Bumiputera Muda 1967 Serang Branch. The underwriter is trained to be able to recognize every potential risk that exists in the prospective insured by carrying out the underwriting process effectively and accurately. In this study, it will be discussed about the underwriting procedures carried out by PT Bumiputera Muda 1967 Serang Branch in determining risk selection on surety bond products during the co-19 pandemic. The results of this study show that in surety bond products there are several stages, namely: The principal contacts the agent, the analysis process, data input, print the policy. Where there are 4 types of guarantees including bind bond, performance bond, advance payment bond, and maintenance bond. To measure the profit level of a company can use the profitability ratio. Profitability ratios in companies need to also pay attention to other ratios that might affect businesses in achieving targeted profits, in this study the ratios used are the liquidity ratio and solvency ratio. The results showed that partially liquidity as measured by the Current Ratio has a negative and significant effect on profitability as measured by Return On Assets with a significance level of 0.0055 <0.05. Solvability as measured by the Debt to Asset Ratio has a negative and significant effect on profitability as measured by Return On Assets with a significance level of 0.0002 <0.05. Simultaneously liquidity and solvency have a significant effect on profitability together with a significance level of 0.000029 <0.05. The segmenting model marketing strategy includes the dominant marketing strategy applied to market fire insurance products. People who have a low or high level of property fire risk are the target market. In the application of this segmenting model marketing strategy, although it has been effective and successful in marketing products, there are still obstacles that result in insurance products not reaching significant sales targets due to the lack of public awareness of their property fire insurance. The marketing strategy in this company uses direct channel and indirect channel marketing strategies, where Direct channel marketing is carried out by agents, staff or other employees and indirect channel marketing is carried out by broker or brokerage services. Because the products marketed are different, the marketing strategies are different. Fire insurance marketing uses three segmenting models, namely the first is general corporate segmentation where the target is in terms of the public such as malls and banks. second, special corporate segmentation where the target is in terms of government such as the DPRD building. Hasil estimasi ARDL-ECM model (1,0,0,0,0,0) menunjukan bahwa permintaan asuransi syariah tidak bergantung pada variabel inflasi dan premi asuransi konvensional dalam jangka pendek dan panjang. Termasuklah dalam teknologi keuangan yang dikenal dengan Financial Technology (FinTech). Artikel ini disusun untuk mengetahui peran Financial Technology yang merupakan inovasi finansial dengan basis teknologi modern yang diharapkan mampu memfasilitasi aktifitas keuangan khususnya pada perusahaan asuransi dengan penggunaan teknologi (Insurance Technology). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dimana peneliti sebagai instrument kunci yang berperan sebagai perencana, pelaksana, pengumpul data, penganalisis data dan pelaporan hasil penelitian. Untuk mengetahui fenomena yang ada pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan pendekatan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Temuan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya yaitu bahwa FinTech diklasifikasikan kepada; Peer-to-Peer Lending, Crowdfunding, E-Wallet, Micro Finance, Payment Gateway, Investasi, dan Bank Digital.
