Socfin Indonesia Plantation Tanah Beih Serdang Bedagai North Sumatra The performance of each employee in each division is highly dependent on the communication style of the leader of the division head. Differences in leadership style of communication often lead to jealousy between divisions. In addition, based on observations made at PT. Socfin Indonesia Plantation Tanah Besih Serdang Bedagai, North Sumatra, the performance of the employees is considered to be lacking. The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership communication style, employee performance, and the relationship between leadership communication style and employee performance at PT. Socfin Indonesia, Serdang Bedagai Land Plantatio n, North Sumatra. The population in this study were 226 people. Sampling using the Slovin formula so that the number of respondents in this study were 69 employees with descriptive research methods and data analysis used was descriptive analysis and statistical correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate that the leadership communication style has a positive and significant relationship with the performance of employees of PT. Socfin Indonesia Perkebunan Tanah Besi, Serdang Bedagai, North Sumatra, amounted to 67,6%, this is assumed based on the results of the correlation test with the acquisition of the correlation coefficient value obtained at 0,676 with a sig value. (2-tailed) of 0,00 < 0,05 and the results of the linearity test with an F value of Linearity of 66,30 > F table 3,13 with a significance value of 0,00 < 0,05. The leader's communication style has a score between 139-276 which means that the leader's communication style in the category is good enough to be good enough with respondents who responded well enough as many as 18 people (26,1%) who gave good responses as many as 18 people (26,1%). The results showed that the I-E matrix analysis was classified into cell V, where agrotourism was obliged to develop its tourist attraction while encouraging market expansion. The SWOT analysis produces four alternative strategies, namely: (a) SO Strategy (market expansion, collaboration with government and entrepreneurs, improving health protocols), (b) ST Strategy (reinforcing the concept of environmentally friendly agro-tourism, optimizing agricultural processing), (c) WO Strategy (implementing diversification of Learning Farm, improving the quality of human resources management, and improve the digital ability to expand the market share of Andaliman, (d) WT Strategy (improving productivity of Andaliman and developing agricultural tourism attractions). One of the innovations in agriculture is Sterling hybrid rice. The development of Sterling hybrid rice certainly cannot be separated from the participation of farmers. The objective of this study was to analyze farmer’s participations in the development of Sterling hybrid rice varieties and to figure out the factors that affects the participation. This research is a qualitative research. Data was collected using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The key informant in this study were 13 people. Data analysis in this study is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the research, at the decision-making stage farmers have been involved in all aspects of activities for decision-making, at the implementation stage farmers generally have followed the implementation activities in accordance with the agreement that was taken, at the stage of enjoying the results the farmers were satisfied with this development, and at the evaluation stage farmers provided input and suggestions. Shallots have been one of the main commodities of horticultural products cultivated by farmers in Indonesia for a long time. Shallots have long been cultivated by people in Bali specially in Bangli Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how much competitiveness the shallot commodity has in Songan B Village, by calculating the amount of competitive advantage and comparatif advantage. Sample determination technique using Purposive Sampling technique. Sample that use in this research is farmer of Songan B village who are working on farming a who cultivating shallots selected with a total of 46 shallot farmers. Data collection was carried out from August to October 2022 in Songan B Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency. The analytical tools used to calculate competitive and comparative advantages are Policy Analysis Matrix with Private Cost Ratio and Domestic Resources Cost as indicators. The harvest premium system at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Sei Buatan uses a weight system. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the influence of harvest premiums on the performance and job satisfaction of harvest employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Sei Buatan Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was determined based on non-probability using the saturated sampling method (census), where all members of the population were sampled in this study as many as 68 samples. This research was conducted by means of interviews and documentation as well as questionnaires where the variables were measured using a Likert scale instrument. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results showed that the harvest premium had an effect on the performance and job satisfaction of harvest employees. However, in reality, the application of organic farming systems has not been fully implemented, therefore it is necessary to have sufficient knowledge to form positive attitudes of farmers and good actions in an effort to implement organic farming systems in their own environment. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge, attitudes, and actions of farmers in the application of organic farming systems in the Mertha Sarining Bhuana farmer group, Bangli Village, Baturiti District, Tabanan Regency. Sampling with a saturated sampling method with the number of respondents 23 people. The data analysis method used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis show that the level of knowledge of farmers about organic farming systems is in the moderate category with a total score of 859, while the attitudes of farmers are in the agree on category with a total score of 1181, and the actions of farmers are in the sufficient category with a total score of 717. and the behavior of farmers regarding organic farming systems is in the moderate category. in the good category with a total score of 2,764. Karo Regency has the highest corn production in North Sumatra Province.The purposes of this study are (1) to examine whether corn is a basic commodity in Karo Regency; (2) to analyze Karo Regency's revenue from corn; and (3) to examine the role of corn in the economy of Karo Regency. This research is descriptive and quantitative. This research was conducted in Karo Regency. This research uses secondary data. Data collection is done by documentation and analyzed using Location Quotient, Dynamic Location Quotient, Shift Share, and Acceptance methods. The results showed that corn is a basic commodity with a value of LQ > 1 and will remain a basic commodity in the future with a value of DLQ > 1. Karo Regency's revenue from corn commodities from the year of observation fluctuated, namely in 2016 it decreased by 11% and increased in 2017 by 18%. In 2018, it again decreased by 6% and experienced a fairly large increase in 2019, which was 29%. Corn commodities in Karo Regency have an important role in the economy of the Karo Regency area, including opportunities to increase people's purchasing power for processed corn products, both for food and feed products. BPR Luhur Damai Tabanan Regency with Capital, Asset, Earning, and Liquidity Methods The COVID-19 pandemic has quite an impact on the financial performance of a BPR. PT. BPR Luhur Damai is one of the rural banks in the Tabanan area, which has the potential to be disrupted by its financial performance so that it can cause losses to rural banks. This study aims to determine the level of health of financial performance and the development of the level of health of overall financial performance at PT. BPR Luhur Damai Tabanan Regency with Capital, Asset, Earning, and Liquidity. Methods The results of this study show that: First, the health level of BPR's financial performance is seen from the Capital (CAR) aspect in 2019 – 2021 in the healthy category. In the Asset aspect (KAP) in 2019 and 2020, it is included in the fairly healthy category, and in 2021 in the healthy category. Based on the Earning aspect, the ROA value in 2019 and 2020 is in the fairly healthy category, while in 2021 it is classified as healthy and the BOPO value in 2019, 2020, and 2021 is included in the healthy category. The liquidity aspect (LDR) in 2019 and 2020 is included in the healthy category while 2021 is included in the unhealthy category. Second, the development of the health level of PT. BPR Luhur Damai in 2019, 2020, and 2021 including the healthy category because of its value of more than 81. PT. The goal is to describe the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation of tourists visit Malini Agropark. Respondents of the study were 30 people. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. This research uses descriptive qualitative techniques. The results showed intrinsic motivation indicators is the need to take a break and relax yourself and need out of a routine. The scores obtained 886, then intrinsic motivation is very high. Indicators most high in extrinsic motivation is enjoying the view in Malini Agropark and take pictures on the spot a good photo. The scores obtained 1177, extrinsic motivation is categorized high.
