The method for giving bonuses is by evaluating employees who meet the criteria by the leadership, bonuses will be given after an annual evaluation of the employee's assessment. The criteria that will be used to determine which employees have priority in order to get bonuses include attendance, appearance, discipline, communication, cooperation. In addition to still using conventional systems, the closeness of leaders and employees often results in decisions that are different from what they should be. This causes the results of their decisions to be incorrect. The problem in this research is how to build a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Mengukur tinggi rendahnya semangat kerja pegawai meliputi tingkat kehadiran, disiplin kerja, kerja sama dan tanggung jawab. Presensi merupakan kehadiran pegawai yang berkenaan dengan tugas dan kewajibannya. Pada umumnya instansi atau lembaga selalu memperhatikan pegawainya untuk datang sehingga pekerjaan tidak tertunda. Untuk memperoleh kinerja yang optimal dari pegawai, maka organisasi perlu membuat dan menetapkan strategi yang berorientasi pada tujuan yang sama. Pada alat presensi pegawai model konvensional, memerlukan banyak hal dari pegawai bagian personalia maupun kejujuran pegawai. Hal ini bisa terjadi adanya manipulasi data kehadiran karyawan. Dengan sistem berbasis sidik jari, proses pengambilan data kehadiran pegawai mencapai 100% akurat karena data berdasarkan dari sidik jari karyawan langsung. Kesalahan dan manipulasi dapat dihindarkan karena pelaporanya menjadi otomatis dengan bantuan sistem.Tujuan dari model sistem manajemen kepegawaian ini sebagai media pengawasan dan media pendukung pengambilan keputusan untuk penilaian kinerja pegawai. Diharapkan memberi Solusi bagi perusahaan dalam Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai yang mampu menciptakan laporan dengan cepat, akurat dan real time. \u0000  \u0000Kata Kunci : Desain, Manajemen kepegawaian, Presensi, Sidik Jari. \u0000  \u0000Abstract: The spirit of work can be measured through the presence of employees in the workplace, their responsibility to work, discipline of work in the organization and the level of work productivity. Measuring the low morale of employees includes attendance level, discipline, cooperation and responsibility. Attendance is the presence of employees related to their duties and obligations. In general, agencies or agencies always pay attention to their employees to come so that work is not delayed. To obtain optimal performance from employees, organizations need to create and establish strategies that are oriented towards the same goal. In conventional model employee recruitment tools, requires a lot of things from personnel and honesty employees. This can occur in the manipulation of employee attendance data. With a fingerprint-based system, the process of retrieving employee attendance data reaches 100% accurate because the data is based on the fingerprints of direct employees. Errors and manipulations can be avoided because the reporting becomes automated with the help of the system. The purpose of this staffing management system model as a surveillance media and supporting media decision making for employee performance assessment. Hal itu dilakukan agar setiap lulusan perguruan tinggi di samping memiliki ijazah formal juga memiliki SKPI yang terkait dengan keahlian tertentu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendesain, merancang dan membuat aplikasi sistem e-SKPI pada STMIK Jayakarta. Metode pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Extreme Programning dengan permodelan UML dan bahasa pemrograman web PHP menggunakan framework Laravel. Dengan sistem e-SKPI ini, semua mahasiswa STMIK Jayakarta yang sudah menyelesaikan tugas akhirnya dapat menginputkan dan mengupload semua sertifikat yang terkait dengan bidang ilmunya. Program studi dapat melakukan verifikasi dan menghasilkan SKPI ini secara online untuk diberikan kepada para lulusan. Dengan adanya sistem e-SKPI ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah mahasiswa memperoleh SKPI dan akademik untuk mengelola dan mengadministrasikan penerbitan SKPI. \u0000  \u0000Kata kunci: Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah, E-SKPI, Extreme Programming, Framework Laravel \u0000  \u0000Abstract: The applicatoin of Diploma Suplement (SKPI) to every graduate or prospective new graduate is mandated by the curriculum based on the Indonesian National Qualification Framework (KKNI). This is done so that each college graduate besides having a formal diploma also has an SKPI related to a particular expertise. The purpose of this research is to design, design and create an e-SKPI system application at STMIK Jayakarta. The application development method uses the Extreme Programning method with UML modeling and the PHP web programming language uses the Laravel framework. With this e-SKPI system, all Jayakarta STMIK students who have completed their assignments can finally input and upload all certificates related to their fields of science. Study programs can verify and produce these SKPI online to be given to graduates. Sesuai kurikulum yang berlaku di seluruh Indonesia, siswa kelas X SMK akan mengalami pemilihan jurusan (Penjurusan). Penjurusan ini diselenggarakan agar dapat menyesuaikan kemampuan siswa terhadap bidang yang dipilihnya. Dengan itu diharapkan kegiatan pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan lancar tanpa mengalami kesulitan dan dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Sebaliknya, jika siswa kurang tepat dalam memilih jurusan akibatnya akan berkurangnya minat belajar dan menurunnya kualitas prestasi akademik siswa tersebut. Pada kenyataannya, ada beberapa siswa yang memilih jurusan tanpa mempertimbangkan minat dan bakatnya, terkadang siswa dipengaruhi oleh pendapat orangtua, teman atau figur-figur yang diidolakan. Tujuan dari penjurusan ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa diantara minat, bakat, saran orangtua dan peluang karir yang dipilih oleh siswa dalam memilih jurusan pada SMK Tri Dharma 2 Bogor. Dengan menggunakan metode AHP dan MOORA sebagai model untuk uji komparasi hiearki. Metode ini digunakan karena dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan dengan memperhatikan kriteria yang ada serta informasi yang diberikan bersifat kualitatif. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini di dapat bahwa metode AHP dan MOORA dapat diterapkan dalam pengambilan keputusan pemilihan jurusan. \u0000Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, AHP, MOORA, Penjurusan. \u0000  \u0000Abstract: Every year new student admissions are carried out from junior high school to vocational high school. In accordance with the applicable curriculum throughout Indonesia, x grade vocational students will experience a selection of majors. This course is organized so that students can adjust their abilities to the chosen field. Hoped that learning activities can run smoothly without experiencing difficulties and can improve student learning achievement. Conversely, if students do not choose the right majors the result will be reduced interest in learning and decreased quality of academic achievement of these students. In fact, there are some students who choose majors without considering their interests, talents and career opportunities, sometimes students are influenced by the opinions of parents, friends or figures who are idolized. The purpose of this department is to find out what factors are among the interests, talents, parental advice and career opportunities chosen by students in choosing majors at SMK Tri Dharma 2 Bogor. By using the AHP and MOORA methods as a model for the comparison test hierarchy. This method is used because it can help in making decisions by considering existing criteria and the information provided is qualitative.
